  Went in for a recall on my Rav 4 , car collected and delivered back. I went to look in the boot to find a damaged boot liner and contents of the boot strewn everywhere. No offer to fix the issue and they deny ever going in the boot which is a total lie. Will never use them again. The lack of empathy or ability to take responsibility by them was zero. My advice is take before and after photos as proof

Our team have investigated your vehicles visit and can confirm that our technicians did need to access the boot of your vehicle in order to carry out the recall on your Toyota RAV4. Your boot liner was carefully refitted after the repair and the contents of your boot returned - we apologise for any inconvenience or frustration this may have caused. We are aware that you raised your concerns with our team following your collection and delivery service, however if you would like to discuss this further, please contact us on 01825 768989. Once again, we would like to apologise that your experience did not meet our usual high levels of customer service.

  First visit to this dealership (upon recommendation) and I was not disappointed. The service department were friendly and efficient. I felt like a valued customer, which doesn't happen much these days. I will definitely return next year to get my Yaris serviced. Thank you!

  Absolutely horrendous experience! Called for several days to purchase a car from here, I called numerous times only to be told I would receive a call back, explained to sales manager that the advertised car was over market price stated on auto trader and would not help with this at all, bought a car elsewhere and it was completed within hours not days! Stay well clear from this place as they are not reliable and don't follow up with any calls.

  Brought my car here in May and the service we received was amazing it was a bank hoilday weekend and nothing seemed to much . Will definitely be back when the time comes for an upgrade
