Hi i would like to say that I have used SLM TOYOTA ATTLEBOROUGH for many years having my Rav4 2020 serviced and have always been completely satisfied, so now I thought it time for a change of vehicle, which i have found it's a C-HR Excel 2024 a beautiful car, but things didn't go to plan as positively as they should have, if it hadn't been for the sales person who was Oliver Hayward ( Ollie) I would have walked away from the sale, but this young man went above and beyond to keep me on board with the sale, we picked the car up today absolutely stunning thanks Ollie for your time and effort , you are a credit to your company SLM TOYOTA Best regards Keith

I have been dealing with them over the past 2 years and have to admit that I’m rather disappointed with their service. This is comparing them to the Toyota dealers I dealt with when I lived in Midlands. The staff come across as less polite and less responsible. I nearly bought a new car, but had to cancel the order purely because they are too slow to respond to requests. The phones take time to be answered and emails are not replied to. Incomplete works have to be chased by myself instead of staff members wanting to finish the work. They seem to not keep records of work done and end up telling you to need to bring the car in to find out. Additionally, during the service, their recommendations change as per their convenience and the quote for their work is higher than what is advertised by Toyota website. Would definitely recommend to not buy or use their services.

I am currently in the process of buying a car from SLM Toyota Norwich, and the experience so far has been excellent. Richard, Jane, and Simon have all been fantastic and incredibly supportive throughout the process.They took the time to explain various finance options clearly and patiently, making everything easy to understand. Richard went above and beyond by creating a personalised car video especially for me, which was a really nice touch. I bought few cars from SLM Toyota Lowestoft and dealt with Jack throughout the process. From the very beginning, he always been professional, approachable, and straightforward to deal with. This guy has a great sense of humor as well without forgetting. Jack was spot on time for our appointment and everything ran smoothly from the start. Very polite and courteous. He took the time to go through everything clearly and made sure I understood all the details before moving forward. There was no pressure at any stage, just honest advice and a relaxed, helpful approach that made the whole experience easy. He answered all my questions properly and was patient throughout, even when I was deciding between a couple of options. Everything was handled efficiently, and I felt confident I was making the right choice. Overall, I was really happy with the service I received and have already recommend Jack a few sales which went thru as smooth as it can be and would definitely keep recommending Jack to anyone looking to buy a car there or considering future purchases. Bought a used car in December at SLM Toyota Norwich. The Sales man Luke was not informative at all. They told me the car was ready to go. Didn't inform me the car only had 9 months mot and not a full years mot. I was never offered a test drive on this vehicle, he never talked me and my husband through any of the vehicles options inside the car. It was only me looking online i noticed on the mot the two back tires were noted as perished. I called toyota to ask if they would replace the two tyres and was told no they had tread on them. The clutch bite on this vehicle is so high I can't get a smooth transition through the gears. I took it in to slm yesterday as since I have bought the car the brakes make a noise everytime you step on them and also said about the clutch biteing point being high. I was told everything was fine I need to run it on the NDR at 60 miles a hour and keep hitting the brakes. I have never had a car and needed to do this. Also the clutch point is suppose to be fine as these models have a high clutch point. I really would have expected the sales person to have advised on these points. I also was not given the mot certificate as they said it was done at another branch. I said I wanted the mot certificate, which Luke said he would get and email to me. After waiting two months and never received it. I called slm and was told Luke was with a customer and will call me back. Still over 3 months later no call and no certificate. I'm guessing that's why no certificate was given at the purchase as then I would of been able to see the perished tyres. I would in future make sure that your sales team tell the customer all the details about the vehicle before selling it to a customer. I have been a customer over 8 years at this branch and feel very let down on my purchase. The discs behind my alloys are very corroded and nothing seems to have been pointed out to us. I am very disappointed with my purchase. Not very professional at all. I now will never buy from SLM Toyota Norwich again.

I would not recommend this dealer—they are not trustworthy. I tried to buy brand new toyota car from them and arrange a part exchange, but they offered me over £2,000 less than other dealerships for the same vehicle. Avoid this place; there are much better options elsewhere.

I travelled from London (a 165-mile journey) on Bank Holiday Monday, 6th April 2026, specifically to view a Toyota Yaris. I had spoken to Joshua H in the morning, making it very clear I was travelling a long distance with the intention to purchase. I explicitly confirmed I was prepared to pay the full amount of £10,995 on the day if I like the car and paid a £99 reservation fee to secure the vehicle. I arrived at approximately 15:36, roughly 25 minutes before the 16:00 closing time. Joshua H was professional, polite, and helpful throughout. However, I was informed that a test drive could not proceed due to administrative and insurance checks prior to closing. Although disappointing after a 3-hour journey, I accepted this and remained calm. The experience changed significantly when I raised the lack of a test drive and a small crack on the front grille in relation to the asking price. At this point, his colleague, Jack, became involved. His tone was immediately abrupt and dismissive, stating things likeI don’t know where you guys work, but I have to go home to my wife and kidsAs working professionals ourselves, we fully understand the importance of working hours and family time, but using this as a reason to be rude to a customer is unacceptable. Jack further remarkedYou knew how far it was, yet you decided to travelwhich was incredibly patronising and implied the 165-mile journey was my fault. His overall manner and hand gestures suggested atake it or leave itapproach with no willingness to engage or negotiate. Despite arriving ready to pay £10,995 in full, I ultimately decided not to proceed solely due to this treatment. While Joshua H was a credit to the dealership and witnessed the interaction alongside my two family members, the conduct of his colleague was a major disappointment. I will be escalating this matter further and filing a formal complaint with Toyota GB to ensure this lack of professionalism is addressed at a corporate level. While the £99 fee was refunded, the experience remains a major letdownI am writing in response to Toyota Lowestoft’s reply to my review. I am extremely disappointed with the response provided, as it contains several inaccuracies and fails to address the most important issue raised. At no point did I indicate that I would arrive at lunchtime. I clearly stated that I would aim to arrive at approximately 15:00, and I did so shortly thereafter despite Bank Holiday traffic. For transparency, I recommend that call recordings are reviewed to verify this. Similarly, the claim that I requested aone-hour test driveis incorrect/lie and was never stated. The vehicle was intended for business use, and a brief drive of only a few minutes would have been sufficient. More importantly, the response completely avoids addressing the conduct of your staff member, Jack. His dismissive tone and unprofessional remarks were the sole reason I chose not to proceed with the purchase, despite being fully prepared to pay £10,995 on the day. The absence of any acknowledgement or apology for this behaviour is both disappointing and concerning. Throughout the interaction, I remained calm and professional, chose not to escalate the situation on-site, and instead contacted you the following morning to cancel my reservation. I will now be escalating this matter to Toyota GB for a formal investigation, and I trust this will be reviewed thoroughly. I have provided a transparent and accurate account of my experience, and based on this, I would advise prospective buyers to proceed with extra caution.

When they do eventually answer the phone, it will be answered by someone who works in sales, who are unable to help and will then promise a call back by service. The phone call you are expecting from service regarding an update on your vehicle will never arrive, you will call again, the phone will eventually be answered by sales again and the never ending cycle continues waiting for a call from the service department. When you do eventually get hold of someone in service after a week of chasing they are clueless, are unable to provide an update, promise a call back and you guessed itthey don't call back. Appalling service - avoid at all costs! If it was possible to rate zero stars - this company is worthy of zero stars!

My car broke down near Sheffield and was recovered to Toyota St Leonards on Sea. Right from the start the customer care was above and beyond. As it was going to be a lengthy service it could not be done straight away, but after speaking with Richard and Dean explaining the difficulty being without a car and having lengthy walks to work and shopping, they did all they could to work on my car sooner. They called me to constantly update me and were so understanding of my position. So big thanks to Dean, Richard and all the mechanics for making what was a very upsetting time for me into a far less stressful time. I am now setting up a Service Plan with them. My car now drives like a new car. Thank you.

We have been a loyal customers for over 10yrs with this company Over the last few years i have noticed a drop in customer service. Problems have been with communication with it being easier to ring the Norwich branch to speak to staff and order parts. Today was the final straw, arrived to drop my car for its MOT, all booking and check in for this was done online . I was told there would be a 2hr wait. I later learnt because there is a staffing issue mots have been contracted out to another garage . Had i been informed of this i would have ajusted my drop off time. The attitude of this branch seems to be our time is more important than yours. I have complained to the manager and received a less than satisfactory response. We are about to upgrade our car sadly SLM Attleborough will not be getting the buisness. I attach the ironic marketing tag, We will not be coming back.

Great people, great cars. Having worked in the motortrade nearly all my working life, SLM do everything right imo. Friendly staff who will spend all the time you need to make the right choices and everything presented perfectly. We bought our first ever Toyota and would not hesitate to return for another when the time comes.

I phoned this morning to book a repair. The phone was eventually answered by a lady in a different department who took my details and advised that someone would call back. I had this issue previously when I wanted to buy a car. I'm still waiting for either call. Ever since they took over from Dingles their service has been awful.

I carried out a Walk in to visit Toyota Hastings this afternoon, With the Intention of seeking Advice and potentially spending circa £82,000 on a new Toyota LandCruiser. Clearly, (perhaps due to my appearance (scruffy)) dealing with customers is something that they struggle with. I’m the 1st to appreciate that everybody gets busy but at least some sort of acknowledgement and interaction with potential customers would enhance their offering? I sat there for 20 minutes whilst you were staff were walking around and nobody gave me the time of day. I will clearly find my new vehicle In another dealership. Rant over!!

I 100% recommend SLM Toyota, I had a situation with my newly purchased Toyota Aygo where the previous service history had been misplaced. I just wanted to say how great "Brandon" was, He went above and beyond to help me obtain all the Lost history including Service records that were not during my ownership. I was super impressed with his level of customer service and highly recommend if he's not already to put this guy into some kind of managerial positionThank you again.
