Order Through Your Dacia SMC:

  • At the time of purchasing your All-New Dacia Spring 100% electric car or van, you can also order your Mobilize Home Charger directly through your local Dacia SMC branch.

Book a Survey:

  • Simply book a survey through your local Dacia SMC branch to kickstart your installation journey.

Survey and Installation Coordination:

  • After submitting your survey date, our installation partner will contact you to conduct the survey and arrange the installation of your Mobilize Home Charger.

Stay Informed:

  • Throughout the installation journey, you will receive regular email updates to keep you informed about each stage of the process.

Typical Installation Timeline:

  • The entire installation process typically takes around 5-6 weeks to complete*.

 

Terms and Conditions:-

^ The cost does not cover any additional works that may be required by your regional energy supplier. During the installation journey, the customer is notified of additional works required and will liaise with the energy supplier direct. 
If you rent or own a flat and have your own off-street parking, you may be eligible for a government grant that gives you up to £350 for the unit and installation. To apply for your grant click here.

^A standard home installation is based on single phase electrics and includes:  

  • Installation of the charge point to wall or other permanent structure
  • Surface mounted external cable clipped direct to wall surface
  • The fitting and testing of electrical connections, protections, and equipment as required
  • Make good all drilling and penetrations to walls
  • Ensure connectivity for Smart functionality on the unit 
  • Customer demonstration of unit, controls and mobile application
  • Transport of unit from storage to customer property along with all required installation materials
  • Up to 15 metres of cable, run and neatly clipped to the wall between the electricity supply meter or distribution board and the charging point
  • Compliant to latest wiring regulations
  • Plastic conduit/trunking to conceal interior wiring
  • An electrical certificate will be issued to the Customer within 1 week of the installation following an internal checking and auditing process

  If applicable, the installer will also claim any grant monies directly with OZEV on the Customer’s behalf.   Any additional work which falls outside of a standard installation will be subject to additional costs.
