After a difficult experience with ongoing warranty repairs, I wanted to leave a review because the team have worked hard to put things right. I dropped my Dacia Duster in on Monday and collected it today with all the outstanding issues resolved. The service was efficient, and the team worked hard to get everything repaired. A special thank you to Rebecca, the Service Advisor. She is an absolute diamond. She was friendly, professional, understanding, and made the whole process much easier. She took the time to listen to our concerns and made us feel that our vehicle was finally being treated as a priority. I would also like to thank Richard, the Aftersales Manager, for taking ownership of our case and ensuring that everything moved forward. It was reassuring to know that our concerns were being taken seriously and that the issues were resolved promptly. What really stood out was that Rebecca told us that if we ever had any further problems with the car, we could call the dealership and ask for her, and she would make sure we were looked after. That gave us real confidence and peace of mind. Thank you as well to the technicians and the rest of the team for all their hard work in resolving the issues. We really appreciate the effort that went into getting our car repaired and ready for our upcoming holiday. Thank you again to everyone involved. Rebecca and Richard are a real credit to SMC Dacia Aldershot, and we hope the excellent service we received this week continues for other customers.

Highly recommend. Only down side is the parkingbut the team were on hand to find a spot. John was really good from start to finish and was always on the end of the phone for any queries or worries. He took lots of time out of his day when we collected my new car to show me every button and run through everything with me.

My car was with SMC Aldershot for over two weeks and I understand ##s can happen, but the lack of communication throughout the process was extremely disappointing. I repeatedly had to chase updates myself, a lot of promised callbacks never materialised, and I was given multiple assurances regarding workshop dates and completion times that were subsequently missed. The ##s resulted in rental car costs and disruption to my business. Unfortunately, the same communication issues continued during the complaints process, where I again found myself having to follow up for responses and updates. The branch eventually offered £200 goodwill towards my costs, which I accepted. However, having since read other reviews, I was disappointed to see that concerns regarding communication appear to have been raised previously. I hope improvements are made so that future customers receive a better experience.

So far excellent service. Purchased my New Dacia Bigster, Journey spec, from my initial enquiry with Nathalie and follow up with following week, the staff were friendly and attentive, kept me informed with delivery timescale, everything went seamlessly. Nathalie again did the handover and I was very satisfied.

Just had my Sandero in for its yearly service and MOT, and again had another thoroughly professional and positive experience with SMC. Isabelle handled my case from start to finish and was friendly and courteous throughout, ironing out a minor quibble of mine very quickly and chasing up documents for me to get me back on the road as soon as possible. I bought the car from SMC and have returned to them for all my work since then. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services.

We’ve had a personal lease with Dacia since 2025, and our Jogger is less than 1.5 years old. Unfortunately, it has already developed a mechanical issue. We are very disappointed, as we chose a brand-new car specifically to avoid situations like this. We have now been without our car for two days and are still waiting for a response. Dacia Aldershot has not taken responsibility or offered to collect the vehicle, which has made the situation even more frustrating. The lack of communication and support is unacceptable. In contrast, we took a second car from Peugeot (across the street), and so far we are very happy with their service. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this company.

David Conner and Aarron (Service Manager) at SMC Renault Weybridge went above and beyond to get my car in on the same day I reported the issue to them and provided me with a courtesy car for the weekend. My car was fixed in extra quick time and I owe that to David, Aarron and the great mechanics they have.

I collected my brand new Dacia Duster from SMC Aldershot on Saturday. Neil the salesman was amazing all the way through from first contact to handing me my shiny new car. I would give him and his manager 100 starsif I could and would highly recommend them to anyone. I can't believe the quality of the new Duster and all its features, I had to drive it 250 miles back to my home in Cornwall and it was comfortable, fuel efficient and made me feel proud to own it. Thankyou guys
