Just had my Sandero in for its yearly service and MOT, and again had another thoroughly professional and positive experience with SMC. Isabelle handled my case from start to finish and was friendly and courteous throughout, ironing out a minor quibble of mine very quickly and chasing up documents for me to get me back on the road as soon as possible. I bought the car from SMC and have returned to them for all my work since then. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services.

We’ve had a personal lease with Dacia since 2025, and our Jogger is less than 1.5 years old. Unfortunately, it has already developed a mechanical issue. We are very disappointed, as we chose a brand-new car specifically to avoid situations like this. We have now been without our car for two days and are still waiting for a response. Dacia Aldershot has not taken responsibility or offered to collect the vehicle, which has made the situation even more frustrating. The lack of communication and support is unacceptable. In contrast, we took a second car from Peugeot (across the street), and so far we are very happy with their service. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this company.

Had such a fantastic customer service journey from start to end from AJ. AJ was friendly, funny, informative and easy going, felt like we had known him for years. From the moment we started talking to AJ he put us at ease, so did every member of staff there, who greeted us not only with a smile but with a friendly hello, cannot recommend the Aldershot branch enough. David Conner and Aarron (Service Manager) at SMC Renault Weybridge went above and beyond to get my car in on the same day I reported the issue to them and provided me with a courtesy car for the weekend. My car was fixed in extra quick time and I owe that to David, Aarron and the great mechanics they have.

I collected my brand new Dacia Duster from SMC Aldershot on Saturday. Neil the salesman was amazing all the way through from first contact to handing me my shiny new car. I would give him and his manager 100 starsif I could and would highly recommend them to anyone. I can't believe the quality of the new Duster and all its features, I had to drive it 250 miles back to my home in Cornwall and it was comfortable, fuel efficient and made me feel proud to own it. Thankyou guys

Today I contacted SMC Dacia at Weybridge and spoke to a really nice man call Dave I had a problem with our stepway After a brief chat with Dave about the fault he went and discussed the problem with one of their technicians. He told Dave how to resolve the problem and passed it onto me. With in 30 minutes I had resolved the fault. I was very impressed with their help and assistance very professional They will be my first port of call in the future John

Bill was very helpful with all my needs, no question was a stupid question with him and the purchase of the car was made super easy. Highly recommended if buying and selling is not your strong point then go and make an appointment with Bill at Weybridge

I can’t recommend the team at SMC Renault in Weybridge highly enough, especially Tony and Aaron. Their customer care is second to none. My husband and I have been customers for years and have always been very well looked after. They go over and above every time, with wonderful service.

Purchasing a car remotely presented technology challenges which, thanks to the patience and support from John Walton at SMC, was made easy to get the App and pairing working. Without the technical competence of JW, as an 83 year old guy, i would have floundered. He also took a lot of time to explain the various addition insurance options. I did take the 3 Year Dacia Service contract.

Since buying our brand new Dacia Duster, it has been back for repairs 4 times, the infotainement unit took 3months to replace, and it has been in for four weeks for the dash to be fixed for noises and rattles. No response or updates, the service is worse than the car itself.

I was helped by Sam White when part exchanging my car. Sam's customer service was absolutely brilliant and the experience was catered to me. He answered any questions I had and was super professional throughout! I am very happy with my new car and really appreciate Sam's help from start to finish.
