We would like to welcome Matthew Stenning to the team at SLM Toyota Lowestoft, who joins us as one of the new Customer Consultants.
Recently, our Toyota Lowestoft Centre introduced an innovative new role to the team, the Customer Consultant, which is designed to offer our customers a single ‘knowledgeable in all things Toyota’ point of contact to help with their needs. Matthew takes position in one of these exciting new roles helping our customers with both sales and aftersales.
Matthew brings a decade of motor trade experience with him, helping customers on a day-to-day basis with their automotive needs. This valuable background has given Matthew the knowledge and insight into common customer desires, pain points, questions, and more. All of which, make him an ideal candidate for this exciting new role at our Lowestoft Centre.
When asked what he finds the most rewarding part of his job, Matthew said “It has to be seeing the customer’s enjoyment when they pick their new car up.”. This positive attitude and sense of fulfilment he gets from his role, fills us with delight as we embark on a new approach to customer service with such a motivated and forward-thinking team.
