Congratulations to Ryan Conway and Gareth Pyle

Ryan Conway Completes Leadership Programme along with Gareth Pyle Completing his Management Programme.

They both attended the Toyota Graduation earlier this month along with Jason Barlow, Director (pictured Left) and Andrew Bullimore, Toyota & Lexus Brand Manager (pictured far right) at the Loughborough University.

Ryan said "I had enjoyed completing both the Development and Managers programmes with Toyota previously, both were hugely rewarding and massively influenced my development in management. So, when I had the opportunity to complete their flagship, Leadership Programme in conjunction with such a respected institution as Loughborough University, it was an opportunity that couldn’t be missed. It required a great deal of focus and dedication to complete the intensive programme and two business projects alongside my day-job, but it was ultimately worthwhile.  Both Loughborough University and Toyota are world renowned for their training and development programmes and so to come away having graduated from their joint programme with two distinctions was a great feeling."

 Gareth Said " I had to do the course in trying times due to just coming out of covid, so all training was on teams.  I actually did the course 10 years ago but sadly there was no certification then.  It was great to see Doreen the Tutor was still there.  I was also doing this whilst we were changing into Toyota One which helped me do some problem solving.  I enjoyed the course and would recommend it, being on the course helped me to see that we all have everyday issues and how to overcome them."

Andy Bullimore said " The presentations by Toyota were a fantastic recognition of the hard work that Ryan and Gareth applied to their respective Leadership and Management programmes.  It is great to support and observe our team in developing their own skills and understanding of the business and to apply what they have learnt to Business Improvement projects with great success.  A huge well done to you both."
