Given how busy it was the service, and my experience, was good. There was a bit of a wait, even though I had g given an arrival time, but the coffee freely available was very good. My only complaint was that the car park was a nightmare. Perhaps 10.00 on a Friday wasn't the wisest time/day to choose to visit them.

We spoke to David Siddle about a car that had just gone on the website and hadn’t had any prep done yet. He sent us a video shortly after our first conversation. As we couldn’t get there until the weekend, David advised us to reserve the car and he would take it off the website, the car was prepared before we visited and it was ready for us to view and test drive when we arrived. David gave us all the time we needed to look at the car and was able to answer all the question we had. We collected the car a week later and as promise it had a new MOT and service done. Overall, David was friendly, knowledgeable and professional throughout and made it a great experience and we would recommend it family and friends.

There was damage on the back of the boot door. Renault Weybridge took my car in and the body shop promptly fixed the damage. It only took a few days and I was given a replacement car. They did outstanding work.

Customer service, in my experience these days is a rarityHowever, certainly not in my dealings with Quest Motor Group in Braintree. Everyone was pleasant, helpful and friendly. In particular the sales gentleman who assisted me, with my vehicle purchase, Rob Beckwith. A very knowledgeable and helpful gentleman who dealt with everything efficiently in a kind and friendly manner, and I have already recommended both him and the group to several other friends and familyWith heartfelt thanks to all concerned, especially Rob. I had a Jaguar XE, Quest did Nok work although i sent it in from a grinding noiseIt was well over £1000, i drove along Rayne Road the car died , timing chain £3500 . My question is how or what did they do on the test drive. They then said to me well you are looking for a new car anywaySuspect) They have not completed the Subject Access Request they were asked for just keep batting me off. Aapparently was an experienced mechanic but he couodnt hear the timing chainoddBEWARE

We are disappointed that this matter remains unresolved, as we have responded to each of your emails and made every effort to address your concerns privately. We also devoted significant time and resources to thoroughly responding to your Subject Access Request, which was provided on 1st April 2026 and subsequently acknowledged by you. As these concerns have now been raised publicly, we feel it is appropriate to clarify our position. The repairs carried out were based on the diagnosis requested and the work authorised by you. Following further investigations, additional issues were identified, which were unrelated to the repairs already completed. We also provided a second diagnostic assessment without charge. Your vehicle was initially booked in for investigation of an intermittent engine management light fault. At no stage during that booking was a grinding noise reported by you. When the warning light later reappeared, the vehicle returned to us and further diagnostic work identified a potential timing chain issue. We note that your current account of events differs from both the information provided to us at the time and the technical findings recorded during our inspections. Had the vehicle exhibited the symptoms now described immediately after collection, we would have welcomed the opportunity to inspect it further and continue assisting you. While we appreciate that you remain dissatisfied, we are not aware of any new concerns that have not already been discussed in detail. Our position remains unchanged, but we remain willing to provide further clarification if required. I recently purchased my Volvo Xc40 from Quest, the staff I dealt with were Rob and Paul who were both supportive, helpful and honest throughout the process, the price was very competitive and customer service excellent. I would definitely recommend buying from Quest.

David Siddle was very helpful in helping us with the car we had chosen. Unfortunately I had forgotten to bring my driving licence, so David took us out and showed us everything we needed to know about the car, then said we should come back and test drive the car to make sure we were completely happy. After agreeing to buy this particular car, David even help us getting the insurance and road tax sorted out by allowing us to use his computer and landlines. A lovely chap who made us feel very at ease. Thanks Dave for your patience and understanding what we were looking for

Really pleased with my purchase! The guys were very nice. The test drive is a little short, but I knew what car I wanted. I've had it now a couple of months and no issues at all. They gave me a good price for my trade in, too, for which I was very grateful. Plus they prepared the car really well. Definitely recommend.

Five‑star service from Tony and David. From my very first call to book the service on my Renault, their kindness and care came through the phone and carried straight through to the onsite experience in Weybridge. In person, they went out of their way to make me feel welcome, clearly explained the work that needed to be done, and even arranged for me to try out a super‑sporty Renault 5 for an overnight drive. The car was fixed promptly, with all repairs explained both over video and in person, and I was genuinely impressed by the attention to detail throughout. A final lovely touch: knowing how much my son loves cars, they found two miniature models for himhe was absolutely elated. I’m so glad I chose Weybridge Alpine/Renault for my service. Exceptional team, exceptional experience.
