    Staff friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, we weren't made aware of a courtesy car charge when we arranged the courtesy car. We'd made Dacia aware of a couple of faults before the service. Again, we weren't made aware that investigating each fault carries the risk that you might be charged £162 per fault. Not what I expected as warranty service for a 12month, <2000 mile car. Lastly, the car was "cleaned" as part of the service. It looks like the wash was carried out using a bucket of dirty water and a gritty sponge as my previously pristine paintwork is now covered in marring and swirls which will take me forever to correct.

    Firstly, I want to say what lovely, friendly people you all are, which is why you might be a little surprised by my comments below. However, when buying a beautiful ex-demonstrator vehicle . The sales Manager called me to sort any minor issues with me and was extreamly helpful and understanding, what a breath of fresh air highly recommened .

    On entering the dealership we were greeted by Bill Wakley who dealt with us from start to finish. He was very professional and very knowledgeable on the product and we ended up purchasing 2 Alpines + service plans . The whole experience at SMC Weybridge was made very easy from the road test to purchase to the handover . I would highly recommend SMC and Bill Wakley if you are looking to purchase an Alpine .

    Outstanding service from start to finish! After getting my finance agreement sorted, I found my Citroën C4 Grand Picasso at Quest Motor Group in Braintree, and I couldn't be happier with it. My wife and two children absolutely love the car! A massive thank you to Paul, who was my main contact throughout the entire buying process. He was exceptionally helpful—always available, ready to answer any questions, and completely transparent and detailed with all the paperwork and steps. As I was coming all the way from Whitstable, I had to travel by train because my old car would never have survived the journey. Paul went above and beyond and even offered to pick me up directly from the station! You truly cannot get better customer service than that.     5-star review I just wanted to leave a review after a really good experience with SLM Toyota/Lexus Norwich. I called on Tuesday 30 June at around 12:12 regarding the service history for a Lexus vehicle. Unfortunately I didn’t catch the gentleman’s name, but he was genuinely very helpful, polite and easy to speak to. He took the time to help me properly, which I really appreciated. I also dealt with Rob Leach by email afterwards, and again the communication was excellent. He was clear, helpful and quick to respond. This was my first real interaction with Lexus/Toyota customer service, and compared with some other manufacturers I’ve dealt with, the difference was very noticeable. The communication, willingness to help and overall attitude were outstanding. Really appreciate the help from both members of staff. It left a very good impression and made the whole process much easier.

    Saw a car I liked online at SLM Select Hastings, phoned up and spoke to David. Told him the car I was interested in and he arranged for me to come and have a test drive. When I arrived David was there to meet me and after having a good look round the car, he took my details, gave me the key and I was off. After 2 or 3 minutes I knew this was this was the car for me. When I got back, sat down with Dave to sort out a deal. At no time did Dave put me under any pressure to buy the car. Deal done, deposit left, would pick up later in the week. When I picked the car up, it was spotless inside and out, mot and service done. David couldn't do enough for me and made sure I was happy with the car before he let me go. Thanks for your help Dave and SLM for a good quality car.
