SLM Care Warranty
A modern car is an extremely reliable machine. But it is also an extremely complex one, with thousands of sophisticated moving parts. This means that, should anything go wrong, the cost of repairs could come as an unpleasant surprise.
In fact, when labour charges are added, even the simplest problem could land you with a considerable bill.

The older a vehicle becomes or the more miles it drives, the higher the risk of mechanical or electrical failure. Repairs can be costly.
We pay out an average of £845* per warranty claim and there is no limit.

Components Covered
SLM Care Warranty covers the the above mechancial and electrical parts of the covered vehicle against mechancial and electrical breakdown. It also covers the cost of labour needed to fit or repair the parts.

SLM Care Assist
In the unlikely event that your car breaks down it's good to know that someone will come out to help. Our Motor Warranty Assistance package eases the inconvenience and discomfort of a breakdown by offering comprehensive cover 24 hours a day, every day for the year.
SLM Care Assist covers the vehicle, so anyone who is driving the car is covered.

Assistance Response and transfer of vehicle, caravan or trailer plus five passengers to the nearest garage Recovery Transportation to home address, or journey destination Home Start Response at home or within one mile, or transfer for repairs to the nearest garage Accident Assistance in the event of a road accident and transportation to a local nominated address Message Service Two messages to home and office Puncture Cover Cover provided in the event of a puncture Nationwide Recovery Provides recovery of an immobilised vehicle (including a caravan or trailer which was on tow at the time) and up to a maximum of five people to the nearest garage able to undertake the repair. If this is not possible at the time, you will be transported to your home or your original destination -
