    Five‑star service from Tony and David. From my very first call to book the service on my Renault, their kindness and care came through the phone and carried straight through to the onsite experience in Weybridge. In person, they went out of their way to make me feel welcome, clearly explained the work that needed to be done, and even arranged for me to try out a super‑sporty Renault 5 for an overnight drive. The car was fixed promptly, with all repairs explained both over video and in person, and I was genuinely impressed by the attention to detail throughout. A final lovely touch: knowing how much my son loves cars, they found two miniature models for himhe was absolutely elated. I’m so glad I chose Weybridge Alpine/Renault for my service. Exceptional team, exceptional experience.

    Very disappointed with the condition of my auntie’s car after its recent service in Weybridge. Before taking the car in, it was in much cleaner condition. After collecting it, the vehicle was covered in visible watermarks, streaks, and marks all over the exterior, making it look worse than before the service. We expected professional care and attention, especially when trusting a company with an expensive vehicle. Instead, the car was returned looking poorly cleaned and neglected. This experience has completely put us off returning in the future. Customers expect their vehicles to be treated with care and respect, and unfortunately this service did not meet that standard at all.

    Once I had managed to get a slot to get my Renault Master Horsebox in for a service I could not fault the garage. Getting a slot was a bit of a wait (they are just very busy) but I'll know for next time and think about it earlier. They were able to accommodate me waiting for the vehicle to be serviced, the waiting room was definitely more than adequate with the TV, decent coffee machine and clean toilets. All the staff were very friendly and the service was completed in the time stated. Would I recommend - yes definitely.

    Great help advice, and patience from the salesperson (Bill). I purchased a Renault 5 a year after test driving, and trying to decide R4 or R5. I am very happy with my decision to buy the R5, it is a fab little car with deceptive boot space. I have received kind and supportive aftersales from Bill also.

    I had a very poor experience with Renault regarding repairs to my van. Each time I brought the van in, I was told the issue had been fixed and that it wasgood to goHowever, the van broke down again the very next day. I was charged around £6,000 the first time and nearly the same amount the second time. Despite spending a total of about £12,000, the van continues to break down and the problem has still not been properly resolved. This cycle of repeated repairs, high charges, and immediate breakdowns is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. The total cost is now close to the value of the van itself, yet I am left with an unreliable vehicle. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this service and would strongly advise others to be cautious before agreeing to expensive repairs without a clear and lasting solution.

    I had great service from all the staff at Aldershot Renault. Andrew was so helpful, and took a lot of time to explain all the gadgets, bells and whistles on my Renault 5(fabulous car btw), and was very kind in sorting out paperwork etc. I'd also like to mention Rebecca in the service department, very helpful in making some admin changesand also Allison on reception, who looked after my little dog the whole time I was in there ( nearly 2hrs) so I could focus on the details! What a lovely helpful staff

    I recently both sold a car to and purchased a car from this company, and unfortunately the overall experience was very disappointing. John, the salesman, was friendly and pleasant to deal with throughout. However, there were multiple issues that made the process frustrating and, at times, misleading. On at least two occasions, I arranged to view specific cars, only to arrive and be told they were unavailable. Instead, I was shown completely different vehicles. This also happened with the car I intended to purchase. I had paid a deposit and arranged for it to be brought from storage so I could test drive it, yet when I arrived, a differentsimilarcar was presented instead. I later discovered that the car I had placed a deposit on was not available because it was being used by someone driving it elsewhere in the country. This also meant the mileage was inaccurate. In addition, the mileage listed on the website was significantly lower than the actual figure, which was dismissed as awebsite errorI would strongly advise anyone considering buying from here to check the odometer themselves and not rely solely on the online listing. There were further issues with test drives not being honoured despite prior booking, which led us to raise a complaint with management. We were offered a tank of petrol as a goodwill gesture, which felt inadequate given we were in the process of spending £17,000 on a car that was not even available as agreed. In the end, we only proceeded because we were able to negotiate a discount. Finally, after part-exchanging my previous car, I received a parking ticket for it. I had been told the dealership would handle the tax and SORN, but this had not been done. I would strongly recommend ensuring you SORN your vehicle yourself before handing it over. In summary, while John was polite and personable, the overall experience was poorly managed and frustrating. I would not recommend this dealership based on my experience.

In relation to the parking fine following your part exchange, this is currently being investigated as a priority. While we’re glad, we were able to reach an agreement in the end, we recognise that this does not make up for the earlier issues you experienced.     Having just bought my fifth car from SMC Renault I thought I should write a review. As always the service provided was first class. Nathalie provided me with all the information I needed to be able to make the right decision as to what model to buy. The whole process ran smoothly and I very quickly took delivery of my Symbioz.     Both Todd and Alex have been the consulate car suppliers. We ordered a A290 GTS Plus in January and picked the car up this morning,. Delivery time was less than quoted by some 4-6 weeks, which is a bonus. Very happy with the service provided at this SMC Branch. Thank you Gentlemen, we appreciate your efforts. Andy & Jan

    Awful customer service. I had to go back 3 times just to get my service, MOT and a bit of investigation work done, all the while it cost me through the nose. Will not be returning.
