  It took 8 calls to the service department before the phone was answered to book in. An offer to call me back when sales answered the phone was not returned. I did not receive a call / text when my car service was finished - I did receive a text with a link to a video of the service inspection which finishes saying I'd be contacted when I could collect my car. Repeated calls to the service department were not answered (I called more than a dozen times across multiple days). After a week I returned to SMC - my car had been completed a week before but the service team 'thought I must have gone on holiday'. Standing in front of the two service desks, I rang the service department number - neither phone rang. I was told one (helpful) gentleman in the corner was training and did not take calls - the others phone ringer was turned off.

  I have bought several cars from this dealership and have always been happy with the service received. My most recent car had its first service today and Isabelle on the service reception desk was brilliant. Although it took longer than expected due to a recall fault which needed attending to I was kept updated throughout the morning.   One happy lady giving a highest points to MrJohn Walton. Visited Renault Aldershot today. I am a new owner of Renault and wanted to know how the car working. The place where I purchased my car,unfortunately did not show all possibilities. By now I had a lot of questions,which were sorted out.   I upgraded my car six months before the end of my contract after being invited in by Collins Okoli to have my vehicle appraised. From start to finish, the service I received from Collins was excellent. He secured a great price for my car, which not only settled the remaining finance but also left equity in the vehicle, meaning I did not need to put down any deposit to move into a brand new car. His communication throughout the whole process was second to none. He was polite, personal, and there was never any pressure at any stage. It genuinely felt like his only priority was making sure I ended up in the right vehicle, and I definitely believe that was the case. I would have no hesitation in recommending Collins to anyone. In fact, I will likely be looking to upgrade my wife’s car in the coming months, which I probably would not have considered if I had not received such a high level of service. Credit where it is due.

  Collins helped us with our new vehicle- he is really kind and friendly, and genuinely wanted us to have a good experience in purchasing our new car at Renault. It is a great garage and the service is much better than other experiences I have had! They find a way to make it work for you as the customer and I can tell their ethos is to make sure all their customers leave happy. I would definitely recommend them.

  We had a really good experience dealing with Sam at SMC Renault in Aldershot. We wanted to test drive the R5 as we were considering a move to all electric. Sam was very helpful and attentive throughout the demonstration of the cars features and setting us up for the drive. He talked us through our options and whilst was keen to do a deal it wasn't exactly what we were looking for spec wise. I would however 100% buy from Sam and SMC.

  There was damage on the back of the boot door. Renault Weybridge took my car in and the body shop promptly fixed the damage. It only took a few days and I was given a replacement car. They did outstanding work.

  Five‑star service from Tony and David. From my very first call to book the service on my Renault, their kindness and care came through the phone and carried straight through to the onsite experience in Weybridge. In person, they went out of their way to make me feel welcome, clearly explained the work that needed to be done, and even arranged for me to try out a super‑sporty Renault 5 for an overnight drive. The car was fixed promptly, with all repairs explained both over video and in person, and I was genuinely impressed by the attention to detail throughout. A final lovely touch: knowing how much my son loves cars, they found two miniature models for himhe was absolutely elated. I’m so glad I chose Weybridge Alpine/Renault for my service. Exceptional team, exceptional experience.
