I was welcomed by the service staff and a technician came out to see what my cars problem was, without notice and quite quickly after I arrived. Service staff kept me informed and chased up progress of ensuing work.

The site was suffering a switchboard outage when I visited. Staff worked well to bypass this, including ringing me on a mobile phone.
