  After buying a new car from Vauxhall Hastings, I can say how very happy I was with the experience. The team were very helpful, giving me plenty of time to make my decision. With the test drives I was able to take the car out by myself, which I think is also a nice thing to be able to do. The aftercare has also been extremely professional and lovely. Highly recommend.

  The professionalism, friendliness and knowledge of Sam Collins SLM Vauxhall who helped me purchase my Mokka EV was exceptional. I griddled him with every question under the sun and he patiently answered all my queries. He gave me plenty of time to think through the many options and made understanding them simple. When we hit any hiccups he was down to earth and sorted them. His communication was excellent too. This is backed up by the fact that car has passed the honeymoon period of six months and is still an absolute delight with all its luxury features including for example the modern design and leather interior, keyless entry for quick enhanced safety and ease of entry, the amazing park assist which gets in the most unbelievable of tiniest spaces, the massage seat for stressful moments, the lights that light up a football pitch at night, the clear satnav summary feature behind the steering wheel, and the quality sound system. Plus the attractive charge point installed by partner Octopus is simple to use and very neat both on the wall unit and by mobile app. All in all what’s not to love I would highly recommend!!!

  What a refreshing experience I had buying my mini at SLM. From when we first visited all staff were very helpful. David came with us for a test drive and his knowledge and experience guided us through the whole process. I collected my new mini on my birthday , when I got to SLM she had a big red bow on her.   Our experience with Cieran was absolutely outstanding. He was incredibly informative, taking the time to walk us through all the available car options as well as the product extras we could choose from if we wished. There was never any pressurejust honest, helpful guidance. My family and I have bought several cars from Vauxhall over the years, and we keep coming back to Cieran because his customer service is consistently exceptional, including the after sales communication. Cieran also made the evaluation and trade in of our old car really easy. If you want to browse potential cars in a relaxed, no‑pressure environment with someone who genuinely knows their stuff, I would highly recommend getting in touch with him. Thank you again Cieran!   I recently bought my new orange Corsa from Cieran, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. As a first-time car buyer, I was quite nervous and unsure about a lot of things, but Cieran made the whole process feel easy and comfortable from start to finish. He was incredibly patient, taking the time to explain everything clearly without ever making me feel silly for asking questions or not understanding something. That meant a lot to me, especially as a young buyer—it really helped build my confidence and made the experience enjoyable rather than stressful. Cieran is also just genuinely friendly and approachable, which made such a difference. You can tell he really cares about his customers and wants them to feel happy and informed with their decision. Because of how great he was, my mum actually decided to go back to him as well and ended up buying a new car too—she had previously bought from him a few years ago, which says everything about the level of service he provides. I truly couldn’t recommend Cieran more. If you’re looking for someone who is professional, kind, and genuinely helpful, he is absolutely the person to go to :)

  Really great experience. I recently purchased a Vauxhall Corsa SE and was helped through the process by Cieran Faithfull. I’d never gone through the process of buying/ financing a car before as this was only my second vehicle and so there was several parts of the process that i was unsure on, but Cieran really helped with that making none of my questions seem silly, breaking down and explaining everything really clearly all while not feeling too salesy or putting on any pressure about my decision. Cieran has been in contact several times before and after the purchasing of the vehicle and really made me feel valued as a customer. Thankyou very much to him!

  We had a great experience with our car purchase, thanks to the excellent service provided by Cieren Faithfull. From the moment we arrived, he was friendly, approachable, and genuinely interested in helping us find the right car rather than just making a sale.   I brought a car recently from SLM. Cieran was fantastic, nothing was too much bother. Cieran kept me in the loop throughout the whole process and was always at the end of the phone if I had any questions or needed help. I would definitely use SLM again

  Having just bought a Ford Focus I can say the experience was great. Dave Siddle is a great chap, very accommodating and knows his stuff. The car was as described and well presented and Dave held it via deposit until I could travel through. No high pressure sales talk, just good all round years of knowledge on the product and a very easy operation all roundI would definitely recommend. A well oiled operation. Threw in some high end polishing kit and offered us a large supply of chocolate wafers which my brother and I badly left crumbs all over showroom floor; but clearly not in the new carGreat man and a good all round systemVery pleased with the car. I am a surveyor and will be using this vehicle for business use and it definitely looks the part. I would use Dave and the dealership again.

  Great experience buying an approved used car from SLM. Cieran was very helpful and was able to answer all sorts of tricky questions about the car. The car itself was fairly priced, and in very good condition.

  Sold a car with previous crash damage repaired to myself. Had multiple attempts at fixing many faults both with the dodgy paint job and the gearbox, and had to go elsewhere in the end. They only care until you have paid the money and then they couldn't care less. Would never go back. Not sure how Vauxhall haven't come down on them yet.

  I found a car for my daughter on spoticar and made an appointment with Cieran at Hastings SLM branch. My wife and I had been looking for a certain car for two months, when this right one happened to come up. Cieran was a delight to work with in every aspect. He answered my questions and queries far better than dealerships I have been involved with over the years. Even though we are out of the area, I have decided to go back there on a yearly basis for servicing/mot etc as feel it's good to keep everything in house and repay the kindness and effort portrayed to us. Our daughter is over the moon with her new Vauxhall Corsa. I have even had return emails after our purchase which also shows complete commitment. Normally once I leave a forecourt I never hear a word ever again once they have got the sale. Cieran spent time showing our daughter all of the upgraded items on this car, that her previous didn't have. This gave her more confidence in driving away knowing that she had a good idea of what all of the switches did before driving. Thank you once again. We will recommend as many people as we can back to this dealership.

  I had a terrible experience with this garage they sold me car as a full service history but missing 2 stamp they didint told me I believe them plus never go back again Vauxhall I wouldn’t recommend anyone wauxhall never again
