I'd recommend SLM Vauxhall Hastings to a friend because 1) item was exactly as described, and 2) sales rep (Cieran Faithfull) was beyond excellent, dealership was a long way for me to travel and he stayed well late to get me sorted in one trip, despitre my ariving late.

SLM Vauxhall Hastings are always amazing. I've gotten both my cars from them and my dad also buys from this dealership. The staff are always very friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicles they have on site, the management team have been very supportive and helpful as I was involved in a RTA to no fault of my own my car was written off, they helped send information to my insurance company and also helped with sourcing my new car which I recently purchased from them and even managed to lower the holding deposit for me as I was off sick from work due to injuries in my accident and struggling a little financially to cover the costs to get a new vehicle. I could not fault any of the staff they're always welcoming, friendly and helpful to the best of their capabilities

The experience at SLM Vauxhall Hastings was fantastic because the seller was very professional, knowledgeble and dealth with the paperwork very quickly. The only minimal thing that I was unhappy with was the fact that I was not told from the beginning they would be selling the car without car carpets. I already both some cars and all of the dealerships always sold their cars with carpets. Its a small extra cost that should have been explained to the costumer.

I found from the moment i viewed the car to sales completion by their Mr Chris Topliss to be completely professional open and honest unlike some other dealers i have dealt with in the past, the only reservation i would say at this point is i am waiting on a spare key which is currently on order for the vehicle, although i am confident this shall arrive within the 4-6 weeks as promised.

I was happy with the service at SLM Vauxhall Hastings as we was given a great service from Sam Collins Sales Consultant through the whole process when buying the car. Was most helpful and polite and very good communication even a courtesy call 2 days after we picked our new car up. We was given a great service and an easy process buying the car, so overall a pleasant experience purchasing as we rarely have experienced great customer service. Thank you
