SLM Toyota Uckfield takes along All New Highlander to Pro-Am golf tournament

This July, SLM Toyota Uckfield had the pleasure of taking along the All-New Highlander to Lewes Golf Club’s 125th Anniversary pro-am golf tournament. As well as showing off this wonderful new addition to the Toyota SUV range, SLM Toyota Uckfield were delighted to sponsor 3 holes during the tournament.

• At SLM, we love to support and get involved with our local community, which you can read more about here. This July, we had the pleasure of supporting the 125th anniversary of our good friends at Lewes Golf Club, who hosted an exciting pro-am tournament that saw 25 teams taking part.

  SLM Toyota Uckfield proudly sponsored the 7th, 9th and 16th holes at the wonderful Lewes Golf Club, which is a sprawling downland course with stunning views, overlooking the quaint town of Lewes.

  Alongside our sponsorship, we were kindly offered the opportunity to bring along some vehicles from the Toyota range. When presented the opportunity, we knew we had to take the All-New Highlander, which amongst its appeal to a diverse clientele naturally includes golfers, with incredible boot space and luxe features and looks. We offered golfers the chance to look around the SUV,

  which turned out to be a hit, with several attendees taking advantage and asking lots of questions. See below the All-New Highlander in pride of place at the Lewes Golf Club pro-am competition.

• To accompany the celebrations, Mary Huxford, Lewes Golf Club’s Ladies Captain along with her colleagues was able to raise nearly £1,000 for Parkinsons UK with the halfway house in the competition – well done Mary!
