As part of our commitment to delivering the best possible experience for our customers, the upcoming refurbishment at Toyota Hastings will incorporate the Toyota Retail Concept 25 (RC25).
The Toyota Retail Concept 25, launched in 2022, brings a new showroom design - aimed at enhancing the customer experience and modernising retailer operations. It’s an important step in Toyota’s journey to lead in electrified mobility.
Our goal is to create a more welcoming and engaging environment, making every visit more enjoyable and ensuring that our customers feel valued and supported throughout their journey with Toyota.

Toyota Retail Concept 25
As part of the Toyota Retail Concept, the Toyota Hastings building will undergo a complete transformation from the floors to the ceiling tiles, and every detail in between.
We are introducing interactive digital touchpoints, centered around a new customer lounge. This will provide a truly personalised experience, giving you seamless access to Toyota's full range of products and services.
Our customer waiting area will be fitted with comfortable seating and refreshments to enjoy whilst your car is cared for by our factory trained technicians.
The refurbishment of our Hastings showroom will welcome many new features. From start to finish your car buying experience will be improved.

What To Expect During Your Visit
We recognise that the refurbishment might change the usual experience at SLM Toyota Hastings. We’re committed to minimising any disruptions and keeping noise levels low to ensure your visit remains as comfortable as possible.
We are still open our usual hours during this refurbishment, and to ensure a smooth experience and avoid unnecessary disruptions during the refurbishment, we are operating on an appointment-only basis.
Parking remains the same upon arrival and our team will be on hand to guide and assist you in finding a space.
Our Sales and Aftersales customers will then be welcomed into our temporary offices, where our friendly team will be ready to greet you, with hot and cold refreshments available while you wait to ensure your comfort.
Please note, we will not have any on-site toilet facilities available during this time, but there are facilities at our SLM Vauxhall dealership next door for your convenience.
