Damian started his Toyota journey 14 years ago back in 2007, when he joined the Norwich Centre as a Sales Executive. Having already spent 7 years prior specialising in both new and used car sales, Damian began this position already with bags of experience.
Having gained experience in leadership and management in one of his previous roles, it wasn’t long before Damian sought out an opportunity as the Business Manager at our Norwich Centre, before sidestepping into a Transaction Manager role. So, it wasn’t too difficult for Marcus Rutledge, our General Manager at SLM Toyota Norwich, to see that Damian’s hunger for knowledge, experience, and new challenges made him the perfect fit for the newly vacant Sales Manager role. We’re pleased to say that Damian also felt it was the perfect fit for him, and happily accepted the role!
