SLM Toyota Hastings sees team member gain Motability specialist accreditation

At SLM Toyota Hastings, we’re excited to announce that our very own Stuart Wicks has achieved his accreditation to become a Motability Specialist. Through sheer hard work, and an impressive display of customer service and focus, it’s very much deserved!

• Motability is but one cog in a large machine that forms a motor dealership, but for it work well and serve the purpose it needs for our customers, it requires careful and knowledgeable hands at it’s helm.  

  Our Hastings Toyota Centre is pleased to announce that Stuart Wicks has successfully gained his Motability accreditation, and will take the position as a Motability Specialist in our team. The very nature of Motability and it’s customers, means that a measured level of knowledge and compassion is required from the Motability Specialist role; individuals are required to deliver clear and accurate advice to customers, whilst ensuring that needs are met with a friendly and trustworthy approach. Stuart’s impressive start with SLM Toyota, and now his Motability training, gives us confidence that he’ll do us proud.  

  Stuart has displayed superb dedication to his role since joining us, so offering this opportunity to him couldn’t be more appropriate. Lee Henwood, Sales Manager at SLM Toyota Uckfield said: “Stuart has been with us here at Hastings for 10 months. He has been a great addition to our sales team and has displayed fantastic customer service from day one. He was a natural choice to train him to be a Motability specialist which has now increased the Motability team to three here at Toyota Hastings.”
