SLM Toyota Hastings Ladies of Aftersales

SLM Toyota Hastings are pleased to introduce two of the ladies from the Aftersales Team.

• In our digital and modern world, so often we speak to people on the phone, or even by email but never get the opportunity to put a face to the name.  So, we’d love to introduce to two of the ladies of our Aftersales Team here at Toyota Hastings!

  Ellie, pictured left, does a great job as our service bookings agent. So, if you’ve ever called to make an appointment, or had a call to remind you of your service or MOT being due, it’s quite likely you will have spoken to the lovely Ellie. She will guide you through all you need to know about your appointment as well as arranging courtesy cars or while you wait appointments and give advice on what’s due, when!

  On the right of the Yaris is the equally as lovely Tillie. Tillie has been with Toyota for over 2 years and moved from our bookings team into a very accomplished Service Adviser. Handling bookings, enquiries, technical support, parts, customer service, warranties and service plans, there’s really very little Tillie can’t help our customers with and she does so with a smile.

  So whatever you may need, just call our Aftersales team where you will find Ellie and Tillie, and they will be more than happy to help keep you on the road.
