SLM Toyota brings the C-HR to Hastings United match

SLM are proud to support their Business Partner, Hastings United Football Club. 

• Here at SLM Toyota we are passionate about supporting the local community, and our business partner Hastings United Football club asked us to support them in their match against Ramsgate on Saturday 11th January.

  SLM took the Toyota C-HR 1.8 Hybrid Excel model to the grounds to display to the fans.
  As Match Sponsors, we were there to show our support during their game against Ramsgate. It was a great match and the team managed to win 3-0!

  We had the honour of presenting Man of the Match to Ben Pope, who scored two goals (one of which was a belter) and was instrumental in the opening goal and winning the penalty.  Ben is a hard-working centre-forward who torments defences, holds the ball up, tackles and passes - hitting his fifteenth and sixteenth goals of the season. • It was great to be able to watch Hastings United FC in action and display the exciting new Toyota C-HR for a seasons best attendance of 703, who cheered and applauded noisily at the final whistle!

  Overall it was another valuable three points and a comfortable performance for Hastings United, who remain top of the league -four points clear of Ashford United- with a game in hand.  With nine home league games and nine home league wins, next Saturday’s home game against Haywards Heath Town provides the opportunity for a perfect ten.
