SLM Toyota Attleborough Helps Raise Over £3,000 At Morley Beer Festival

SLM Toyota Attleborough supported the Morley Beer Festival and Family Fun Day, helping to raise over £3,000 for local causes.

• Here at SLM Toyota Attleborough, we are pleased to announce that an incredible £3,058 was raised at the Morley Beer Festival and Family Fun Day, in aid of the local cancer support charity, Star Throwers and the Morley Village and Sports Hall. 

  The weekend saw over 1,200 attendees, all celebrating local food, drink and entertainment. The event was a true success, on Friday night Pirate Joe & The Foreign Locals provided the live music and Saturday featured an excellent range of over 20 Norfolk real ales and ciders, Norfolk gins, tasty street food, Foolhardy’s Circus Show and workshops, lots of other family entertainment and fun and more live music with headliners the Counterfeit Brits which saw everyone party into the night.

  Feedback from the event was extremely positive, including lots of happy children who enjoyed the free workshops and games. 

  We would like to thank the local community for joining in and helping to raise an astonishing amount for some very deserving local charities. 

  The money raised for the Star Throwers cancer support charity will fund complementary therapies, nutrition workshops, lymphedema therapy, exercise groups, counselling, writing therapy and support groups. 

  The money raised for the Morley Village and Sports Hall will fund the annual running costs of a community defibrillator and disabled toilet upgrade at the hall. 

  Here at SLM Toyota Attleborough, we are extremely proud to support our local community and look forward to seeing the impact our support is making.
