SLM East Anglia's Latest Nelson's Journey Donation

SLM East Anglia are proud to have raised another significant donation for local charity Nelson's Journey.

• We are proud to announce that here at SLM East Anglia we have been able to donate a further £610 to the Norfolk based charity, Nelson's Journey. This donation has been made possible thanks to last quarter's sales.

  We have been supporting the charity since December 2017. For each new and used vehicle that is sold across the SLM East Anglia Group, we donate £1 to Nelson's Journey, who aim to help every bereaved child in Norfolk to look forward to a positive future.

  Supporting children and young people up to their 18th birthday who have experienced the death of a significant person in their life, Nelson’s Journey's ambition is best described by their strap line: bringing back smiles. They provide a range of support, appropriate for the needs of each child or young person. This may include one-to-one support and opportunities to meet others their age who have also experienced a bereavement.

  SLM Group Director Jason Barlow recently commented: "We are very proud to be supporting such a great cause. After visiting the team at Nelson’s Journey, I walked out knowing that we had made a great decision to support this great charity that gives so much to the local community."
