New technician at SLM Toyota Attleborough marks nine months in role with MOT Testing achievement
At the start of 2021, SLM Toyota Attleborough welcomed Brandon Shaw, an experienced and knowledgeable technician to the Centre’s service department. What better way to mark his nine-month anniversary with a shiny new, well deserved MOT Tester certificate.

Earlier in 2021, and in the height of a new lockdown, SLM Toyota Attleborough brought some light into the Centre by welcoming Brandon Shaw, a reputable and experienced technician to the team.
With eight years in the motoring industry under his belt, we knew that Brandon would hit the ground running and be settled into the team in no time. Brandon began his career with STS Kwikfit, originally cutting his teeth as a trainee tyre fitter, before eventually rising the ranks to site manager. This fast-paced action in a national servicing and repair business gave him the ability to excel under pressure, understand the customer expectation of perfection every time, and the joys of working in a busy but rewarding environment.
You can see why we were so excited to have Brandon join our servicing elite! Over the last nine months, Brandon has moved from success to success, making his mark on our family business. When we asked him why he was so interested to work for us, he said “A huge attraction was the Toyota brand, and their hybrid leadership. Getting that first hand training in hybrid cars and hydrofuel, from the market leaders.”. This genuine interest in our brand, but also the future of motor cars, lead us to offer Brandon the opportunity to gain his MOT Tester accreditation, which we’re pleased to say he achieved with ease.
