Gavin King, Service Advisor, at SLM Toyota Uckfield has completed his Motability Accreditation training which provides customers with clear, jargon free information.

He is now committed to responding and resolving any customers questions or help they may require, along with an excellent overall standard of service and taking the additional time with vulnerable customers. 

Vince Riseborough, Aftersales Manager is very proud of Gavin's achievement and said "He is great with customers and can now confidently discuss any Motability queries that come his way". 

Hannah Gilmour, Trainee Aftersales Advisor, has achieved 100% perfect score on our Latest Toyota Aftersales Mystery Shop Evaluation.  This covers How friendly, professional, helpful and interested the team member is regarding the customers requirements.  She also had to provide a clear explanation of the Toyota Warranty, our GDPR procedure and compliance and cover all the services we provide within the conversation with the customer.

Vince Riseborough again is very proud of his afersales team and said " Well done Hannah, the champagne is well deserved".
