Quality Management Program
To ensure the most objective view, Bosch will regularly commission independent auditors to visit the Bosch Car Service network. During the comprehensive assessments, all aspects of the workshop are evaluated. This ranges from the delivery of great customer service, ensuring efficient operational processes remain to also guaranteeing a professional appearance. This allows for both the overall customer experience and the technical competence of the workshop to be assesed.
