Suzuki Connect
Offers an innovative way to link your smartphone with your Suzuki vehicle, enhancing your ownership experience and convenience. Currently available for models such as the S-Cross, Swift, and Vitara, with additional models expected soon, this service enables you to monitor your vehicle's performance, manage essential functions remotely, and receive real-time updates regarding its status.
To get started
Simply download the Suzuki Connect app from the App Store or Google Play Store, which allows you to control your vehicle directly from your smartphone. To complete the setup, you will need to finalize the connection within the vehicle using a QR token generated after registering your vehicle.
It is advisable to download the app and create an account prior to your vehicle handover, as our team will assist you in linking the app to your car at the showroom to ensure everything is configured correctly.
Suzuki Connect also streamlines vehicle maintenance
By providing timely alerts for service and recalls, ensuring you are informed when your vehicle requires attention. Additionally, if a warning light activates, the app will notify you and offer options to find the nearest Suzuki dealer or contact your preferred service provider or roadside assistance.
The service is complimentary for the first 36 months from the start date of your vehicle's warranty.
While a payment method is required for registration, no charges will be applied initially. After the three-year period, you will have the option to renew the service on a monthly or annual basis. With Suzuki Connect, you can effortlessly monitor and manage your vehicle, making ownership more convenient and secure.

Suzuki Connect offers a Driving History and Trip Monitor feature that enables users to track their journeys and review their driving history for up to 18 months. This functionality provides valuable insights into driving habits, fuel efficiency, and the overall performance of the vehicle.

Geofencing/Curfew Alerts - Notify once driver returns/departs or is away from a set area
Establish a virtual perimeter for your vehicle using the Geofencing feature of Suzuki Connect. This functionality allows you to define up to five circular or polygonal zones, enabling you to receive immediate notifications whenever your car enters or exits these designated areas.

Security Notifications - A Security Notification will appear if the engine is started when you are not using the car
Suzuki Connect enhances your vehicle's security by sending immediate alerts to your smartphone. In the event of a break-in that triggers the car's alarm or if the engine starts unexpectedly during designated times, such as while you are asleep or at work, you will receive prompt notifications. Furthermore, if your vehicle is towed while the ignition is off, both you and your designated emergency contacts will be alerted.

Status Notiifcation - Let you know you forgot to lock the door
Stay informed about your vehicle's condition and performance with real-time notifications. If you accidentally leave your car doors unlocked, the app will alert you, allowing you to lock them remotely. Additionally, if you forget to switch off the headlights or hazard lights, you will receive a notification to address the issue promptly.

Warning Light Notification - When the warning light turns on, you can call My Dealer via the app
Suzuki Connect ensures you stay updated on any issues with your vehicle by sending notifications directly to your smartphone. The application provides detailed explanations of the problem and offers guidance on the next steps to take. Additionally, it allows you to swiftly reach out to a dealer or request roadside assistance when needed.
