    Had some work done on my Vauxhall last year including 2 new tires. Had a puncture recently and took to another retailer for a replacement. They were unable to remove the wheel due to excessively tight wheel nuts...leading to the locking wheel nut snapping. Phoned Quest as they replaced that wheel amd no one else had touched it and spoke to "Keith" who was defensive, rude, aggressive and refused to help. Luckily the guys trying to change the wheel got the nut off. Tried making a complaint about the attitude of "Keith" but never heard from the service manager. Really poor aftercare for a previously loyal customer.

To clarify, all wheel nuts are torqued to the manufacturer’s recommended settings during fitting, and it can be difficult to determine the exact cause of the issue encountered as the vehicle has not been with us since the tyres were fitted last year. We understand that the team did offer to have the vehicle brought in for inspection so that they could assess the situation and, if necessary, rectify any issue identified. The team would always welcome the opportunity to discuss concerns directly to agree a suitable route forward.     I decided a week ago that I wanted to change my car for a new Suzuki Swift. All my dealings were with Paul Duffus, who was really patient and extremely helpful, also I would like to add that I felt absolutely no pressure to buy. We had a test drive on the Saturday afternoon and he calculated a very reasonable valuation for taking my existing car. I collected my lovely new car this Saturday so it all happened within one week start to finish. Richard was also really helpful too as he sorted out the app and connected it to the car. I would really recommend this dealership as everyone I met seemed really friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

    Waste of time, rung the group spoke to Emma to check the car was there, told Emma it would be an hours drive. An hour later we arrived, waited 10 minutes to be told that someone had just booked it online and there was nothing they can do. Totally shocking, wouldn’t think of using them. Wasted 4 hours driving and waiting. Don’t waste your time. Wouldn’t even give them 1 star. Really frustrating that they said it was there, then once we arrived it had just been reserved. Total joke.

    THIS ISNT A FORCED REVIEW! Rob has been a dream to work with from start to finish. Nothing has been too much for him. Despite me been 158 miles from where the car I wanted was based Rob has gone above and beyond to make sure I have a smooth experience. I could not recommend this place enough. If I lived closer I would definitely recommend anyone to them. Appreciate all the effort and updates been provided over a couple of weeks. They have even gone out of the way to make sure I have a full tank of fuel to get me back home after pick up. 5 stars is definitely deserved

    Bought a new second hand car from here as have used many times before. We dealt with Rob who was great and helped us when choosing between 2 we liked. He explained everything answered questions and was a pleasure to deal with. Never had any problems with this garage and when there are problems they sort very quickly and efficiently.
