  Really pleased with my experience buying my car from Quest Motor Group, and especially with Paul Duffus. From start to finish, Paul was incredibly helpful, honest and transparent. You can buy a car from here without any worries. It’s refreshing to deal with someone who genuinely takes the time to answer questions and make sure you’re happy with the car rather than simply trying to make a sale.   Being going to Quest Motors for over 20 years I always buy my cars from them and they always service my car and M.O.T them you can't get a better team of people who will look after you and give you a great helpful service from them nothing was to much trouble for them that's why I will always buy a car from them they charge a fair price and help you through every step of the way I will never Go anywhere else to buy a car or have it serviced thank you all at quest with my latest car purchase

  Had such a good experience with Quest Motor Group! Rob was honestly so lovely and helpful from start to finish and made the whole process really easy. He kept me updated throughout, answered all my questions and never made me feel rushed or pressured. I also needed to pick my car up quite urgently while Rob was off, and Stuart was amazing and stepped in to help get everything sorted for me.   I bought a Suzuki ignis from Quest Motors. The gentleman that helped me was very friendly and very helpful. He did not rush and went through things with me very thoroughly and always made sure that I understood all the paperwork. The gentleman's name is Rob Beckwith. I would recommend Quest Motors to anyone as all the staff are very friendly and they all greet you when you come in.

  Awful avoid . Took my van in for a quote on some work. When i collected i was presented with a bill for £150 which i was not told when booking. To make maters worse they quoted me £989 for the works to be carried out. At that point i shopped around and got it done for £300 thats a massive 200% cheaper for the same workI understand big groups like this have larger overheads bu REALLY 200% MORE EXPENSIVE. They called me to book the job in. When i said i was cancelling because of the bad service they simply said ok thenDid not even ask what the issue was.

  Outstanding service from start to finish! After getting my finance agreement sorted, I found my Citroën C4 Grand Picasso at Quest Motor Group in Braintree, and I couldn't be happier with it. My wife and two children absolutely love the car! A massive thank you to Paul, who was my main contact throughout the entire buying process. He was exceptionally helpful—always available, ready to answer any questions, and completely transparent and detailed with all the paperwork and steps. As I was coming all the way from Whitstable, I had to travel by train because my old car would never have survived the journey. Paul went above and beyond and even offered to pick me up directly from the station! You truly cannot get better customer service than that.
