Tried three times to have a look at a car, no staff available to even lock it so I could have a look inside. Won't be buying a Toyota then.

Very welcoming and professional staff, with a hot drink offered upon arrival. I took my vehicle in for a service and I was introduced to the technician who would be working on my car as I had raised a couple of issues when I made my telephone booking. My issues were listened to and relevant questions asked so that the problems could be investigated in detail. I also had the use of a courtesy vehicle as the job was an all day booking and I was kept apprised of the work being done throughout the day by phone. The car had also been cleaned to an excellent standard ready for collection.

I contacted this dealership this morning to ask for advice on a Lexus LS 600H I intend to purchase from a non Lexus second hand car dealers. The car for sale was advertised with Full Lexus service history however they did not have any documentation to prove this so alarm bells were ringing. When viewing the car I noticed one of the SLM dealership stickers on the car so I thought I would take a chance and contact them. I did so and was put through to the service department and spoke to a very helpful gentleman called Damien. He immediately said that he would do what he could to help with my enquiry, he looked up on the computer and confirmed the history of the car I had viewed and took the time to explain what work had been carried out on the car at various mileage intervals right back to when the car was new, he answered with knowledge any question I asked him. This type of courtesy and service is very rare these days and demonstrates excellence in customer service. Thank you Damien and well done SLM Lexus.

Was unsure if I needed a new battery, so had diagnostic check done and a new battery supplied and fitted based on the results. The fee for the diagnostic test was waived. Great advice and customer service (and free coffee while I waitedCannot recommend highly enough.

Very happy with the service on my NX today. Friendly helpful staff, I was expecting to come for a service and get the hard sell routine that I have experienced at other Lexus dealers that I find so off putting, but nothing of the sort. Very impressed and I will certainly return even though it isn't my local Lexus dealer. Thank you very much.

Fantastic service! After buying a hybrid privately I was very nervous when a Hybrid warning light came on, on the way home from buying it. I booked the car into SLM to diagnose and waited nervously while they ran tests on it. The fault had cleared by before I got there and SLM found nothing recorded in the system. They returned the car to me washed, and waived the diagnostic run as no fault had been found. Very impressed, and very pleased.

Absolutely fantastic customer service. Job cost less than I was expecting and was done to a very high standard. Checked dashcam footage and I saw the car being treated with respect and driven nicely. Extras such as free full valet, private Lexus lounge, free Wi-Fi, tea coffee and other drinks, and helpful friendly staff made the experience even better. Lexus also kept me updated with progress and got the job done quickly. HIGHLY recommend.
