Suzuki Ranks 1st in UK Customer Satisfaction Index 8th Year in a Row
Suzuki GB has once again secured the top spot in the Automotive Sector of the UK Customer Satisfaction Index (UKCSI) for the eighth consecutive year.
What is the UKCSI?
The UKCSI is a comprehensive measure of customer satisfaction across 13 different sectors, one being Automotive. Published twice a year, this assessment explores various aspects of customers services across companies, including:
- Customer Ethos
- Emotional Connection
The results are in!
Overall, Suzuki scored 82.9 points, which excelled above the industry sector average of 79.0 points. But how did Suzuki earn these chart-topping numbers? Aside from the fantastic new vehicle line up, Suzuki offers many benefits to customers that go beyond the purchase of their car. Thanks to their Service Activated Warranty Scheme, Suzuki customers can drive with confidence when their vehicle is serviced at a Suzuki Approved workshop.
