Kieran provided truly personal service by collecting our car for its recent service, reassuring us that all previous issues had been fully resolved, and then returning it to us beautifully valeted and with a full tank of petrol. His support made a real difference during what had been a stressful period for us. Rebecca is consistently understanding and empathetic. She takes the time to explain everything clearly, keeps us fully updated throughout the process, and always makes us feel listened to and supported. I bought my first car here in Woking and it was second hand and it was a Seat Ibiza hatchback. I was looking for a small/medium size car. The process was all explained very well but I didn't catch the sales person name who dealt with my case. The test drive was great and really had fun driving the car. Afterwards the paperwork was very simple and clear and explained well and once it was done, I picked the car up the following weekend after they had done the necessary checks on the car. Definitely recommend this garage as really enjoyed the whole experience.

From the initial phone call, all the way through to the collection of my car, Rebecca was extremely helpful with assisting with an issue I had with my car. She was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and kept me informed every step of the way. The issue was resolved quickly, the car cleaned to a super standard and the courtesy car provided was more than adequate. Definitely one of the better experiences I’ve had at a dealership, many thanks!

Newly refurbished inside since my last visit and looks really stylish with the new seating area with music and a big screen TV to watch...tea and coffee provided whilst you wait as I was getting the car serviced...only thing that let me down was that I had a major service and brake fluid changed no complimentary car wash and hoover which was disappointing but the staff are friendly on sales Rebecca is easy to deal with and helpful

I’ve personally been with the Seat Woking garage for many years now and it’s where I originally bought my Tarraco. I get my service and repairs carried out with them which has always been done to a high standard. I’ve always had a great experience with the staff and felt well looked after. Special thanks and appreciation to Rebecca my service advisor who is very knowledgeable, patient and professional taking time to explain works carried out and also thanks to Carl the manager who has assisted in the background ensuring repairs and maintenance run smoothly delivering a service that has a family run feel. I would definitely recommend Seat Woking to my family and friends and look forward to using the Garage again with confidence in the future. I had the pleasure of meeting Luke yesterday as part of my car search journey. A pleasant experience that impressed me. Just the right balance of professionalism and friendliness I thought. Got my MOT and annual servicing done here. But this 5 star review was for another reason. My car starting bleeping crazy about a loss of tyre pressure on the highway and three petrol pumps all had their air pump machine broken. I called up the center in desperation and David immediately asked me to come over and he got my car tyre pressures fixed for no cost, absolutely brilliant. Thank you guys and especially David for such great customer service.

Rebecca at SMC Woking has provided excellent customer service. I collected my new vehicle at the end of May 2023 and although I had a few issues with it, Rebecca has ensured that any issues have been resolved promptly, has made me feel heard, and always responds quickly. Louanne was also great during the sales process and was one of the reasons I choose to go for a SEAT over another make of car.

Excellent experience working with the service department. David and Barry took the time to understand any items that needed repair and provided updates along the way. When things took a bit of extra time to complete, SMC kindly provided a loan car. Would definitely recommend taking your car to the team there.

First class service from Adam Medlock from start to finish. He was accommodating in times of meetings to suit us, he delivered what he said he would, he had appropriate levels of knowledge of the car, and did not dispute any minor issues with vehicle; rather he got them fixed! I had my Ateca FR Sport booked in for a service and a repair to the central locking interior switch. The whole process from start to finish was thoroughly professional and everything was explained to me in detail prior to collecting my car. The fault with the central locking switch was done under warranty without me having to question it, so.ething I have had a bad experience before with other car brands dealers. I was also given a great quality loan car for the day. Great job guys and keep up the good work.

Can't rate Seat St John's highly enough. From the first enquiry phone call to collecting our car the service was professional, friendly, helpful and very efficient. Louanne couldn't have done any more for us, she helped make the right car decision, kept us updated re the arrival of our car (which was sooner than expected) and helped answering my many questions when the car arrived. Thank you Louanne and Seat. Would recommend buying your car from them every time!

Great experience with the team at SMC Woking and St John’s. Everyone has been super helpful! We purchased a car initially from them and the process subsequent servicing has been faultless. We then asked them to help us source a second vehicle and they were patient and helpful even though we ended up getting it elsewhere. Needless to say both cars will be going there for the servicing and maintenance! Thanks to Like, David and Louanne!

Can be difficult to get hold of their Parts Department via email or by phone. I have tried on two separate occasions 3-4 years apart. I have also used them for battery replacement. Pleasant enough service when booked in, and took a couple of hours all in all. Included visual inspection of car and no issues found.

I've always had good service from SMC SEAT Woking, from buying my Ibiza 5 years ago, to returning for servicing and MOT. The service i have received this week surpassed all previous occasions. My husband has been in hospital for 3 weeks and during that time i needed my MOT done - Dealing with David Connor, he drove to my house to collect my car and then returned it when all the excellent work was done - this really took a weight off my mind and made life much easier that day. The staff have been so very kind as well as efficient with superb customer service - and then today i received a lovely gift left on my doorstep - honestly couldn't do better - these guys are the best!

Not used this dealership before, but I left early to avoid traffic and arrived a lot earlier than the branch opened. I got out the car to stretch my legs and I was greeted by service personnel who said they were bringing my courtesy car round. They ran through everything and got me on my way quickly and all before 8am

I had a great experience with the team. I was originally assisted by David who helped me book my car in for a part replacement. He even arranged for my car to be collected at my home address by Peter. I wasn't at home and Peter successfully liaised with my husband in collecting the keys seemlessly and David kindly keeping us updated with an ETA by email. Jack carried out the part replacement and was able to have everything fitted and fixed with in the same day. Thank you so much! Bought a two year old seat Arona from Seat Woking, delivered to me 150 miles, absolutely everything from start to finish has been superb! Louanne helped me with the purchase of my new vehicle and she has been so professional helpful and reassuring every step of the way! Through emails and phone calls we purchased a Seat Leon Hybrid Estate car and we are very pleased with both the trade-in and deal that Paul at St John's depot gave us and the car is all that we could ask for with all its gadgets and lovely to drive and if its as good as our last Leon we will be well satisfied.

I recently purchased a pre registered Seat Ibiza from SMC Woking and dealt with Adam Medlock. Due to the COVID restrictions everything was done over the phone and via email, not the way I would normally want to buy a car but Adam was fantastic and made the whole process seamless and efficient. The car was exactly as described and they even took my old car in part exchange and gave a great value etc. I would definitely recommend them and won't hesitate to do so going forward.

Purchased a brand Leon on 6th Feb. Different times with covid 19 meaning you cannot view cars like previous times. However I cannot fault Adam who was always available to communicate with. Also got a great deal on my new car. Having never thought of having a Seat as a car before I am extremely happy with my Leon and just want to say thank you to Adam who made the process so seamlessly.

Part exchanged my Leon for a 69 plate Ateca on Saturday. The condition of the Ateca was brand new. Glen and the boys in the workshop thank you for a fantastic job especially on the styling pack. However special praise for Paul Watson. The customer service from Paul was second to none. I have just collected my new car from Paul Watson. Wish I had enquired about this car earlier after dealing with salesmen that quiet clearly didn't want my business or couldn't be bothered.
