I was recently in the market for a change of car,being a more mature purchaser who hadn’t changed cars for a number of years I was slightly nervous of the procedures etc..I began looking at S.L.M. Motors where David Siddle (sales executive) introduced himself , from that moment on I was treated with respect and unending patience ,his desire to find me a car that suited my specifications was amazing ,he was professional, knowledgeable and most importantly did not pressure me into making any decision . Each time I went back for yet another look he happily answered any questions I had .. I have no hesitation in recommending David to anyone looking for a new purchase .

My partner, Mick Mick 😊 brought a car from here and is very happy with it. Mark Campbell was so helpful and took his time to explain everything. He was also courteous and friendly. When we picked the car up it was cleaned to such a high standard and we were so happy with it. Even when we phoned for some advice on the incontrol app, Mark was so helpful. Thank you for a good experience and we have said we would return if we need to buy another car.

I really appreciated the service he provided to me. Very friendly phone calls even after I had changed my mind on getting the car in the end as I decided I wasn’t quite ready to change just yet.

I buy all my cars from SLM now as I know I will get a good car. Services aren’t cheap anywhere these days but the service team are excellent and respond very quickly. This gives me value for money. I recently had to call on them for an issue with my car and needed a repair urgently as I had to drive to Devon on business the following day. The team were excellent, especially Sam who ensured the car was repaired and on the road again within hours.People like Sam and his great service team are why I will always go back. I highly recommend them!

We visited this dealer without an appointment. The sales team was extremely busy but they gave us an amazing reception. Paul was brilliant, his product knowledge, patience and customer service is next to none. My wife and I were extremely satisfied with the service. We bought our car a few days later and it's amazing, drives very well. We couldn't have asked for more. We were advised on everything we need to protect our car. We were provided with names of after sales support team should we need any additional assistance. Have used this company for the past 2 years for my MOT and annual service and will continue to do so as they always do a brilliant job. Having lost my old car on xmas eve to a terminal breakdown, i did some research over the xmas period and had my heart set on a Nissan Juke, I put an enquiry on one over the new year weekend and had a call back on the Tues morning they opened after the bank holiday, having explained my situation the sales advisor was excellent and sympathetic to my situation, he listened to my needs and what I wanted, He had sent me a personalised video of the car showing me the bits and pieces I had been interested in on the car, which i thought was a nice touch. He also arranged a very good finance package that suited my needs and kept me informed by email and telephone through out that day, and by Tuesday evening the deal had been wrapped up and the car was mine. It was unexpected speed but a very good unexpected which has helped me get back on the road having not had a car for almost 2 weeks. When i picked the car up he was also very informative and explained everything in good detail and also helped me setup the car infotainment system to my phone etc. some people say how can you have bought a car without seeing it in person or test driving but your website had all the info and also the video he sent me was enough for me. Having not bought a car in this way for almost 13 years I was a little bit lost but the sales advisor in the way he dealt with me put my mind at ease. Overall I cannot be happier and I would like to say a massive thanks Paul Masterson for his professionalism and politeness and his efficiency in dealing with me. Thanks Again :)

My Qashqai was booked in at St Leonards today, for a rattling noise to be looked at. As always, the service I received was excellent. Glyn was as professional as always and when he returned my keys to me, advised that there was no cost as it was not a significant problem. Good, honest service, I would 100%recommend this dealership.

Good experience overall buying a used car with SLM and Mark was really helpful and effective. A let down has been the service side of things. The gen 3 protection (actually Toyota Protect, which is hopefully the same thing) doesn't look to have been applied properly. On the exterior I found various bits which hadnt been wiped off. On the interior, liquid soaks straight in and leaves a residue, so worse than if nothing applied. Also after I had paid for the car I found a big stain on the passenger seat so I asked for it to be cleaned just before I left. The seat fabric was subsequently damaged as they look to have rubbed or picked at the stain, which is actually still there, leaving me with unsightly damage to the seat. Finally, the front number plate is wonky. However, as above good service from sales.

Another Excellent Service at St Leonards Nissan. A great Service Advisor team they are always pleasant and helpful. I had a number of items to be replaced and I was prepared to wait for a while however I must say a special thanks to Glyn Sherman who made me felt very comfortable and at ease and was very courteous while I waited for the work to be completed. Decided to go with a lovely Px Slm had took in, it was and is my biggest purchase to date, and was quite daunting, i dealt with Jonathan Day, he was excellent, informative, answered tonnes of questions and was a brilliant straight forward no pressure sale, when i came to view the car it was parked right out the front of the showroom doors, beautifully prepared and i was made to feel like a vip by him and all of the other staff i was in contact with on arrival. Even now any queries or help i've needed Jonathan has still kept in contact and made sure he did his best to help in any way. couldn't recommend enough!

Have just bought our second new car from this dealership and our experience was excellent again. Nothing was too much trouble, no question went unanswered. I have had excellent experiences here. Glyn Sharman was extremely helpful in talking me through what I needed doing to my Nissan Leaf and was very good to deal with through-out the process. Mark was kind enough to send me a reminder text to bring my driving license. The courtesy car provided was great and I was delighted with the service I received.

Excellent service from start to finish from this dealership, particularly from new Sales Executive Hayk Slemzin. Having travelled 4 hours from Bristol to purchase a Nissan Approved Used car on the basis of an informative video provided by the dealership, every aspect of the transaction was treated with care and due consideration. Despite the distance travelled, I would not hesitate to purchase another car from this dealership. A truly wonderful experience.

I have never used Nissan before but had the company recommended to me, well I was so surprised at the excellent customer service I received from Jonathan who introduced me to the Nissan Leaf E Connect. I had a test drive and was so impressed at the smooth powerful drive that I instantly ordered one. I have not looked back, the car is an amazing drive and I can charge it at any Pod Point and SLM are happy to facilitate charging. I have had occasion to visit the site several times and EVERY time someone has come out to help me, this shows how great the staff are under the leadership of Stuart Williams and Russell Jenks, I had the pleasure of meeting Russell who spoke to me personally. I cannot recommend Jonathan Day enough for outstanding customer service and knowledge of product range.

My partner has recently bought a new car from here. The service was very professional. The rep (James) was really helpful and pleasant to do business with. Between James and the manager they covered all options for us and went through all the details/questions we required to ensure we found the best option for us. We particularly found their honesty/openess very refreshing and lead to a positive transaction. Would recommend.

Dropped in today with my Navara as the oil change light had come on well ahead of a service being due. Explained my situation to Stuart who promptly had a technician take a look who then explained to me in detail what the issue was. Got my car on the ramps within the hour and had changed the oil and filter half an hour later. Very chatty, friendly and helpful staff and the efficiency was amazing. Thanks for your help - we will see you next time!!

After a car accident meant my car was a write off, my Mum insisted I go to SLM for a used car. She has always used Nissan for her car services and repairs and won't go anywhere else. I saw one I liked and we purchased my car, a Nissan Note on 21st Nov thanks to Tom. He was absolutely fantastic....all done and dusted in a matter of minutes. Totally professional. Even managed to get a spare key sorted for me. Can not sing their praises enough....thank you SLM you guys are great. Will definitely be recommending you to people.

Have just purchased a 3 yr old car on finance. Explained on first going in that I'd just had a car written off by a dangerous driver, had major stress and anxiety and needed to feel safe. They found me an amazing car, and when the day after I got it something went wrong (a rare problem that fits with my luck lately), they picked it up from my work place, provided a replacement, and had it fixed in a day. Gave me full petrol tank to apologise, despite it not being their fault, but the previous owners. Beyond that I've had nothing else wrong (touch wood) and literally any question I have, I email, call or pop in, to see john, senior sales, who is 100% the man. Would recommend to anyone, they are amazing.

Took the car in for its MOT and service, as usual Luke was helpful, efficient and courteous. I had to wait for the car but Luke made sure that I was comfortable and offered refreshments. Social distancing was observed. The job was done well and in a timely fashion and all the staff I came across were polite and friendly. Would thoroughly recommend them to anyone.

Always made to feel welcome and not pressured. Help and advise is available when needed. Staff have always been very friendly and knowledgeable and the showroom well cared for and well laid out. Have recently purchased a vehicle and the communication with updates and what to do next has been great. Already have a vehicle with them and have found the service Team to be great too.

Mark Raczkowski helped us choose our car - *for* us - so it didn't feel like a just another sale. As we'd had a very disappointing and protracted encounter with a local main dealership recently, what a relief it was to finally have confidence in a showroom. Mark was really clear, patient and knowledgeable, (and full of tips on things we'd need to know) and as we were encouraged to explore different models, we're now very happy with our choice. Good, old fashioned service, how lovely!

Excellent service from start to finish. Jonathan Day was professional, friendly, informative and courteous. I never once felt pressured or pushed into buying my car (which I eventually did!). On the morning we went to pick up my Nissan Juke, I received a personal video from Jonathan updating me on my car, saying that it was all clean and ready for collection. Very impressive. A few months ago, my dad bought a BMW in Park Lane, London, and said the service we received was just as good, if not better, than he received (although he wasn't sent a personal video of his car prior to collection!). Thank you once again. I'm absolutely loving my Juke.

The best car dealership I've ever engaged with - professional, straightforward, honest and business-like. Worth paying a bit extra than you would at an independent garage as they have all the kit and work efficiently. They currently provide a short video after a service that shows you any problems, rather than you taking their word for it. The sales staff are very good - they actually listen to the customer!

I took my car into this dealership as I had a problem with my indicator on my nissan truck, Instead of being forced to bringing it back another day, a middle aged man from the servicing desk (unfortunately I have forgotten his name )while wearing a crisp clean shirt and tie took the time to come and fix the problem which turned out to be a faulty new bulb purchased elsewhere. He was so helpful and didn't bat an eyelid on getting hands on. what a breath of fresh air. I would highly recommend this place to everyone.

Having been to a number of garages looking at used Leafs I’d been disappointed at the lack of knowledge, conflicting information or hard sales push. I saw a car advertised at St Leonards Nissan, made a call and went for a drive. Jon Nash and James were brilliant in going through everything, knew the product well and credibly corrected any miss-information I had gained elsewhere. They also listened to my needs and understood what I was looking for. It made it a really easy decision to purchase and whilst not my closest garage, will seriously consider going back for servicing. The follow up customer care has also been great and completely different to my experience of other garages! Thank you!!
