I buy all my cars from SLM now as I know I will get a good car. Services aren’t cheap anywhere these days but the service team are excellent and respond very quickly. This gives me value for money. I recently had to call on them for an issue with my car and needed a repair urgently as I had to drive to Devon on business the following day. The team were excellent, especially Sam who ensured the car was repaired and on the road again within hours.People like Sam and his great service team are why I will always go back. Paul was brilliant, his product knowledge, patience and customer service is next to none. My wife and I were extremely satisfied with the service. Having lost my old car on xmas eve to a terminal breakdown, i did some research over the xmas period and had my heart set on a Nissan Juke, I put an enquiry on one over the new year weekend and had a call back on the Tues morning they opened after the bank holiday, having explained my situation the sales advisor was excellent and sympathetic to my situation, he listened to my needs and what I wanted, He had sent me a personalised video of the car showing me the bits and pieces I had been interested in on the car, which i thought was a nice touch. He also arranged a very good finance package that suited my needs and kept me informed by email and telephone through out that day, and by Tuesday evening the deal had been wrapped up and the car was mine. It was unexpected speed but a very good unexpected which has helped me get back on the road having not had a car for almost 2 weeks. When i picked the car up he was also very informative and explained everything in good detail and also helped me setup the car infotainment system to my phone etc. some people say how can you have bought a car without seeing it in person or test driving but your website had all the info and also the video he sent me was enough for me. Having not bought a car in this way for almost 13 years I was a little bit lost but the sales advisor in the way he dealt with me put my mind at ease. Overall I cannot be happier and I would like to say a massive thanks Paul Masterson for his professionalism and politeness and his efficiency in dealing with me. Thanks Again :)

Good experience overall buying a used car with SLM and Mark was really helpful and effective. A let down has been the service side of things. The gen 3 protection (actually Toyota Protect, which is hopefully the same thing) doesn't look to have been applied properly. On the exterior I found various bits which hadnt been wiped off. On the interior, liquid soaks straight in and leaves a residue, so worse than if nothing applied. Also after I had paid for the car I found a big stain on the passenger seat so I asked for it to be cleaned just before I left. The seat fabric was subsequently damaged as they look to have rubbed or picked at the stain, which is actually still there, leaving me with unsightly damage to the seat. Finally, the front number plate is wonky. However, as above good service from sales.

I have never used Nissan before but had the company recommended to me, well I was so surprised at the excellent customer service I received from Jonathan who introduced me to the Nissan Leaf E Connect. I had a test drive and was so impressed at the smooth powerful drive that I instantly ordered one. I have not looked back, the car is an amazing drive and I can charge it at any Pod Point and SLM are happy to facilitate charging. I have had occasion to visit the site several times and EVERY time someone has come out to help me, this shows how great the staff are under the leadership of Stuart Williams and Russell Jenks, I had the pleasure of meeting Russell who spoke to me personally. Explained my situation to Stuart who promptly had a technician take a look who then explained to me in detail what the issue was. Have just purchased a 3 yr old car on finance. Explained on first going in that I'd just had a car written off by a dangerous driver, had major stress and anxiety and needed to feel safe. They found me an amazing car, and when the day after I got it something went wrong (a rare problem that fits with my luck lately), they picked it up from my work place, provided a replacement, and had it fixed in a day. Gave me full petrol tank to apologise, despite it not being their fault, but the previous owners. Beyond that I've had nothing else wrong (touch wood) and literally any question I have, I email, call or pop in, to see john, senior sales, who is 100% the man. Would recommend to anyone, they are amazing.

Excellent service from start to finish. Jonathan Day was professional, friendly, informative and courteous. I never once felt pressured or pushed into buying my car (which I eventually did!). On the morning we went to pick up my Nissan Juke, I received a personal video from Jonathan updating me on my car, saying that it was all clean and ready for collection. Very impressive. A few months ago, my dad bought a BMW in Park Lane, London, and said the service we received was just as good, if not better, than he received (although he wasn't sent a personal video of his car prior to collection!). I took my car into this dealership as I had a problem with my indicator on my nissan truck, Instead of being forced to bringing it back another day, a middle aged man from the servicing desk (unfortunately I have forgotten his name )while wearing a crisp clean shirt and tie took the time to come and fix the problem which turned out to be a faulty new bulb purchased elsewhere. Having been to a number of garages looking at used Leafs I’d been disappointed at the lack of knowledge, conflicting information or hard sales push. I saw a car advertised at St Leonards Nissan, made a call and went for a drive. Jon Nash and James were brilliant in going through everything, knew the product well and credibly corrected any miss-information I had gained elsewhere.
