  From the moment we walked in we were greeted with a warm welcome. The salesman who helped us didnt usually deal with GWM ORAs but he couldn’t have been more helpful. Anything he didn’t know he went and checked for us. We took the Ora out for a test drive and we were very pleased with the performance. The salesman went through figures with us and was not pushy at all. He gave us time to go away and think about what we wanted with the information he had given us. We had questions and the salesman had given us his number so we could message him and he returned with answers. I would say this was one of the better car sales experiences we have had and would recommend going to SLM GMV ORA Norwich for a non pushy, pleasant car buying experience.

  Both members of the sales team were very helpful, knew their product well but we're not afraid to say if they were unsure about something. Very friendly and not at all pushy. Offered a great deal for a brilliant car. Only gripe is that the month after we took delivery of our mark 1 funky cat an upgraded one was unexpectedly released by Ora with even more impressive features, hardly the fault of the SLM team . Will almost certainly go back to them when our current deal expires .
