  My experience unfortunately wasn’t what I expected from a Cupra dealership. There doesn’t appear to be a reception area, and despite several people being present in the office, there was no acknowledgement when I arrived. I found myself walking around trying to find someone to assist me and went in and out of the showroom several times before eventually giving up and sitting in the lounge. Thankfully, somebody eventually came over to acknowledge me. Sadly, first impressions count, and this experience ultimately influenced my decision to purchase from another Cupra dealer. I have to say, George, who eventually attended to me, was excellent. He was friendly, helpful and professional, and I have no criticism of him personally. I would also suggest paying a little more attention to the presentation of the vehicles. The car I was interested in was covered in dirt and hadn’t been cleaned, which made it quite difficult to properly appreciate the condition and imagine what I was buying. I’m leaving this as constructive feedback, as I hope it helps improve the customer experience for future visitors. There are some simple changes that could make a big difference, particularly around greeting customers and vehicle presentation.

  We had a test drive appointment last week with Luke for a Cupra Born - the experience was exceptional and exceeds recent similar experiences with Tesla and Mercedes. Luke was very likeable, knowledgeable and allowed us quality time to familiarise ourselves with the car (demo test drive car and showroom equivalent.) Based on our experience we are sold on the idea of the Cupra Born being our next car and plan to buy the ideal spec car soon.

  Excellent experience with the servicing team at Cupra Woking today. The car was booked in at a time and date to suit. I opted for a while you wait service and this was completed efficiently within two hours. Annette explained very clearly what had been done and any findings. The cost was exactly as expected.   The worst dealership ever. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. BRAND NEW CAR RETURNED TO ME FAULTY MULTIPLE TIMES, they lie about everything they don’t care about you or your car as soon as they sell you one. DO NOT BUY STAY AWAY FROM THEM I THIS WILL SAVE YOU TIME MONEY AND PAIN.

  Brilliant Experience! Recently collected a 74-plate CUPRA Ateca from SMC and dealt with Rejaul and Adam. I can honestly say the experience was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Both knowledgeable and accommodating. All my queries were addressed and answered. Rej made the sales process effortless and even kindly collected me from the station on the day of collection.   Excellent service from this dealership especially Luke who was very friendly and professional from the start. As a motability customer I felt appreciated and nothing was rushed and Luke showed me different colours and different options and models etc. Sadly I had to cancel my new car order due to personal circumstances and that was sorted out with one phone call. Would highly recommend. Also thanks to everyone else who I spoke to they was very polite on the phone and helpful. Thanks.

  Simply the worst experience of owning a car or having any sort of customer service I have ever experienced. Car has been broken for 7 months and still no resolution, just passed between SMC and CUPRA direct with no resolution from either. Avoid CUPRA avoid SMC

  My car kept on having issues and no one could seem to find the problem. I then took my car to Carl and Cupra Woking and they thankfully sorted out all the problems and the car now drives perfect. Carl and Becky were amazing, fantastic quick service, keeping me up to date the whole time.
