Went to look at a Cupra as has never driven one before but been highly recommended. The salesman didn't tell me much about the car he simply asked "what do I want to know". He let me sit in the car then said he needs to go upstairs to prepare for a sales meeting. I was left standing in the showroom on my own with no staff around and no-one to ask anything. I left, went to CUPRA Crawley and purchased a Terramar. Their loss - if you want my advice bypass them and go to Crawley they are amazing. I did try calling the manager a few times just to give feedback but he never called me back.

Excellent experience with the servicing team at Cupra Woking today. The car was booked in at a time and date to suit. I opted for a while you wait service and this was completed efficiently within two hours. Annette explained very clearly what had been done and any findings. The cost was exactly as expected. Excellent service! I went in for annual service and some repairs for my Cupra. They went the extra mile to perform the required repairs and communicated effectively at each stage. Absolutely 5 star service from Rebecca and the entire staff.

I had an excellent experience at Cupra Woking..Luke couldn't do enough for me in organising the test drives I requested and even one's I didn't.. I can fully recommend a Tarramar. It's a really lovely car to drive...

The worst dealership ever. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. BRAND NEW CAR RETURNED TO ME FAULTY MULTIPLE TIMES, they lie about everything they don’t care about you or your car as soon as they sell you one. DO NOT BUY STAY AWAY FROM THEM I THIS WILL SAVE YOU TIME MONEY AND PAIN.

Brilliant Experience! Recently collected a 74-plate CUPRA Ateca from SMC and dealt with Rejaul and Adam. I can honestly say the experience was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Both knowledgeable and accommodating. All my queries were addressed and answered. Rej made the sales process effortless and even kindly collected me from the station on the day of collection. Excellent service from this dealership especially Luke who was very friendly and professional from the start. As a motability customer I felt appreciated and nothing was rushed and Luke showed me different colours and different options and models etc. Sadly I had to cancel my new car order due to personal circumstances and that was sorted out with one phone call. Would highly recommend. Also thanks to everyone else who I spoke to they was very polite on the phone and helpful. Thanks.

Took my boyfriend’s car in for service and Chloe was amazing! She was super helpful, explained everything clearly and made the whole process understandable. Loved the communication. Great service all around!

Simply the worst experience of owning a car or having any sort of customer service I have ever experienced. Car has been broken for 7 months and still no resolution, just passed between SMC and CUPRA direct with no resolution from either. Avoid CUPRA avoid SMC

I recently purchased a car from the Woking Branch. Rej looked after me throughout the process making it very stress free and easy. He answered all my questions and went above and beyond to make sure it got over the line. I would highly recommend Cupra Woking and Rej if you are looking to purchase a car from Seat/Cupra.

My car kept on having issues and no one could seem to find the problem. I then took my car to Carl and Cupra Woking and they thankfully sorted out all the problems and the car now drives perfect. Carl and Becky were amazing, fantastic quick service, keeping me up to date the whole time.

A slightly different review - not about the cars but about the staff. I was on an afternoon school run, on my way home with two grandchildren in the car. The traffic was fairly heavy due to (yet another) diversion and it was stop/start all the way. My car then 'stopped', completely and a queue started to form behind us. Luckily, for us anyway, we were right outside the SMC CUPRA dealership and the staff came out to help. They managed to push the car off the road and into the car park at the back. They then told us we could wait inside for the breakdown assistance to arrive. They offered warm drinks - the grandchildren didn't need to be told twice ! and someone produced a packet of (chocolate) biscuits - even better! That was about 4pm. The children were collected a little while later and I continued to wait, but that's another story. The outcome was a new battery. My thanks to all the staff who were lovely - so friendly and helpful and made a difficult situation much easier to deal with. Thank you all very much for your hospitality

I part exchanged my SEAT LEON FR for a CUPRA LEON on Saturday. The team at SMC have been fantastic from start to finish. The whole process, from enquiry through to collection only took a week - which is very impressive when considering the car I wanted wasn't even in the garage when I got in touch. Luke arranged for me to test drive an identical car to the one I enquired about, and there was no pressure at all at any point to proceed to purchase. Once I did decide to purchase, he was professional, responsive, knowledgable, and made himself accountable for anything I needed assistance with along the way. This is the third LEON I have had, and the 3rd I have purchased from the SMC group (this one from Woking, the previous 2 from AldershotI live more than an hour away from the nearest SMC dealership, but there is a reason I keep going back! The service is great - and I couldn't recommend them enough!

Excellent service from Adam, at SMC CUPRA Woking. From my initial call to the dealership my experience was first class, question were answered speedily and test drive arrange. There was no pressure and it was enjoyable experience. I would like to say it’s not local CUPRA dealership but it was worth the hour travelling time to get there. Will be returning when vehicle is due service. Well done Adam and SMC.
