Toyota Uckfield's Yana Day Passes Bronze Level Training

Yana Day is a Parts Advisor at SLM Toyota Uckfield and she recently passed her Bronze Level Training. This impressive certificate demonstrates that Yana has extended knowledge of her role. As a Parts Advisor, Yana is expected to co-ordinate all parts ordering and sales to ensure customers and technicians have the parts when they need them. Another aspect of the job is to use the centre's sophisticated computer system to log stock movements and produce orders. It is also important to liaise with colleagues and customers whilst developing skills to improve parts sales performance. Yana's training will allow her to further improve in all of these aspects of the job and more.
