Toyota 'likely to hit 2020 emissions targets'

Toyota is one of two manufacturers that are “likely to hit 2020 emissions targets” reports Auto Express. Joining Renault, Toyota is expected to meet its own self-imposed target “which are based on the average emissions of vehicles sold by a car maker”. Most manufacturers, except Toyota, Renault, PSA Peugeot Citroën and Fiat, are set to miss the general 95g/km CO2 emissions target expected to be put in place by the European Commission.
