St Marys School Green Power Series Update

St Mary's School in Horam are preparing their Green Power Car for more regional heats in September

• St Mary's School in Horam have begun to prepare their Green Power Car for the regional heats at Dunsfold Park on 18th September 2016. The students at St Mary's appropriately named the vehicle Red Mist and have been busy prepping the car for the race.
  
  Preparation has included checking the tyres, ensuring all parts are in full working order, testing the safety features and of course making sure the car looks its best with a fresh coat of paint!

  The Green Power Series allows students to get involved in a worthwhile project whilst learning about sustainable engineering and technology. SLM Toyota Uckfield is proud to be able to support such a great cause and see the students at St Mary's improve their skills.

  The students and school are all very excited about entering and can't wait to get stuck in. Everyone at SLM would like to wish the team the best of luck. We are sure they will do brilliantly!
