    During the prestigious award ceremony, Autocar lauded CUPRA’s fully electric car for its driving and ownership appeal. With its exhilarating performance and captivating design, CUPRA Born stands out as the ideal choice for the discerning EV customer.

    Autocar stated: “The CUPRA Born is such a good all-round package that really can do it all. It's a car you buy for the qualities of the car; the fact it's electric is almost secondary.“So many electric cars today are simply tools that you buy for rational, more practical reasons, whereas the CUPRA Born is the best example yet of an electric car you buy for reasons that really tug on your heartstrings.     In the UK, CUPRA Born is offered with two battery variants: a 58kWh 230PS e-boost in V1, V2, and V3 trim levels, and a 77kWh 230PS e-boost variant available in the V3 trim.The 58kWh 230PS e-Boost version boasts a rapid 0-62mph time of 6.6 seconds, thanks to a maximum 310Nm of instant torque, while the 77kWh 230PS e-boost can achieve an impressive range of up to 342 miles.

    Safety and technology are paramount in the CUPRA Born, featuring a 12-inch infotainment screen, Adaptive Cruise Control, Lane Assist, and Traffic Sign Recognition. Additionally, the Born has earned a five-star Euro NCAP safety rating.

    Next on the horizon for CUPRA Born is the launch of the CUPRA Born VZ – short for Veloz (or ‘fast’ in English). The Born VZ will deliver 240kW of power with 545Nm of torque, enabling a 0-62mph time of 5.6 seconds and a top speed of 124 mph.
