SLM Toyota Norwich appoints experienced and ambitious new Service Advisor to Aftersales team.

At SLM Toyota Norwich, we’re pleased to announce the appointment of our newest Service Advisor, Simon Boyce, a dedicated motoring professional with nearly a decade of experience in our industry.

  • Whilst we’re proud of the strength and resilience our teams have shown over what has been a challenging 18 months, at SLM Toyota Norwich we are always seeking opportunities to take an already strong department and empower it to grow even further. We believe that this makes our staff, and our customers happy. Recently, we did just this with our Aftersales team, and appointed Simon Boyce, an experienced and forward thinking motoring professional.  

    Simon joins us with nearly a decade experience in the motoring industry, having joined Inchcape BMW/MINI in 2013, cutting his teeth as a reservation advisor. However, his ambition took his career to new heights and he accepted the role as reservations team manager. This earned experience has given Simon the valuable front line knowledge that makes him an asset when it comes to customer experience. However, his time in managerial positions has armed Simon with the ability to adapt quickly and make tough decisions under pressure.  

    Looking for a new challenge, and with a yearning for new knowledge, Simon departed his position in reservations at Inchcape, and happily accepted a role in our Aftersales team as a Service Advisor.  

    Darren Howard, SLM Toyota Norwich’s Service Manager offers some welcoming words for Simon as he joins the team: “Simon has fitted in really well within the team and has got up to speed very quickly. He has a very positive and caring personality with a hard-working ethos and is a great asset to the Service department and the Company.”
