Our SLM Toyota Norwich Centre welcomes new Service Advisor to Aftersales Team

This October, our Norwich Toyota Centre warmly welcomes Brandon Sadler, the newest member of our Aftersales Team, who joins us as a Service Advisor.

  • Brandon takes position as our newest Service Advisor in an already strong team in Norwich, to take on the challenge of handling and administering service enquiries from our wonderful customers.  

    Whilst Brandon already has superb main dealer experience, he’ll be supported and mentored by a knowledgeable and friendly team at our Norwich Centre to help him settle into this exciting new role. 

    Brandon brings with him a number of years experience helping customers with their servicing needs at main dealers locally. He originally started his career in the motoring industry with Inchcape BMW, holding the role of Bookings Agent for around two years, before moving to Mercedes-Benz for a short while. It wasn’t too long before he spotted the role with SLM Toyota Norwich, and felt compelled to apply.  

    Alongside our reputation, Brandon said that the work life balance, and the positivity and energy of the team is what attracted him to the role with us.  
    Brandon interviewed very well, showing his experience and knowledge was far above where it should be for someone with only a few years experience in the trade, but it was his drive and desire to see customer satisfaction that really stood out to us. This ‘customer-centric’ mindset in our staff is what sits at the very core of our company values, and is what gives us the great reputation we have as an automotive dealer.  

    Offering some kind words on the appointment of Brandon, Darren Howard our Service Manager at Toyota Norwich said: “Brandon has fitted in very well with the team, he is confident young man has very good customer service skills. He too will be a great asset to the team.”
