It’s with a warm heart that we at SLM Toyota Attleborough welcome Graham Jinks to our team, joining us as our new Dealership Support Assistant.
Whilst our dealerships are full of stories, made by our wonderful people, it’s not too often that we get to be a part of one where we’ve helped make a dream come true for someone. To start 2022 with some real good vibes, we’ve been able to play a part in fulfilling someone’s lifelong ambition, simply by offering them a role in our family business. Meet Graham Jinks, who will be possibly be the most smiley face you’ll see at our Attleborough Toyota Centre.
Graham has enjoyed a colourful career in the construction industry, after originally training as a carpenter before moving around various positions and roles, honing his trade. However, he’s always had a true passion for cars – the way they look, the way they drive, their very makeup, but until now he’d never decided to make the move and work for a business in the motoring trade.
When we asked Graham what attracted him to apply for the role with us, he said: “I love cars and have done all my life. Somewhat unfortunately, I went down the construction route in my career. I became a little fed up with that, and my first love was always cars. I had been looking for a role like this for months and months, and when this showed up it seemed like it was meant to be! …and it’s only a mile away from home!”
Graham’s new role will see him supporting his colleagues and all of our customers in a multitude of ways, from selling a promoting parts, collecting customer cars and materials for our teams, meeting and greeting our customers, ensuring that our cars have fuel ready for their new homes, and much more.
We really couldn’t think of a better fit for this role, and we couldn’t be happier to have played a part in helping to make Graham’s dream come true. Very best of luck Graham, from all of us at SLM Toyota.
