After a trial at select SLM Centres, we are implementing the innovative Customer Consultant role at our SLM Lexus Centre in Norwich. This exciting role incorporates the Sales Executive and the Service Advisor specialisms into one role, where the individual positions themselves as a single point of contact for our customers, with them throughout their entire journey with SLM.
As such, we’re pleased to introduce you to Navid Valipour, our new Customer Consultant, who you will meet at our SLM Lexus Centre in Norwich. Navid will be your point of contact and confidante for all of your needs when you visit us; he’ll be on hand to help you find that new car you’ve been looking for, or to help you find the service package that suits your needs, and he’ll be there through your entire journey with us.
Whilst Navid is relatively new to the automotive industry, he has honed a career in customer services and relationship management, first studying hospitality before moving into a receptionist role at an airport hotel where he dealt with people, their needs, and ensuring a positive experience on a day-to-day basis. Prior to his appointment with SLM Lexus, Navid has cut his teeth in the trade for the last nine months as a Service Advisor, assisting customers with their service and repair needs. However, it’s not only Navid’s superb experience and natural ability to deliver first class customer service that impressed us at interview – Navid has an unparalleled love for cars, the way they work, the role they play in everyday life, and the future of them in our world.
