Introducing SLM Toyota Uckfield's Part Advisor - Yana Day

Here at SLM Toyota Uckfiled we would like to introduce to you our Parts Advisor, Yana Day. Yana has been part of the team now for nearly a year and has proven to be a great asset to the After Sales department. Having dealt with Parts customers as well as Trade customers for the past 10 months, she has built up a trusting and friendly relationship with many of our regulars. Yana has also been helping out the Servicing department, learning on the job about the skills needed to be a Service Advisor. Before joining SLM Toyota Uckfield, Yana worked in Superdrug. She is glad this new role has given her regular working hours, allowing her to enjoy hobbies such as baking and reading. About her role, Yana said “I have really enjoyed my time here so far especially looking after the Trade Customers and making sure that they have the parts they need on time and being a part of the team. Everyone has made me feel valued and like an important part of the team.” We would like to take this opportunity to thank Yana for all her hard work and hope she continues to enjoy her time at the dealership.
