Alex joins the sales team at SLM Toyota Hastings

SLM Toyota Hastings welcomes Alex Simmons to the team and are delighted to have such an enthusiastic person on board and wish him the very best in his selling career. Alex joined the team in January 2014 as he wanted to experience other opportunities and challenge his skills in developing relationships with new customers and delivering a high standard of customer service. He will be shadowing Tony Piazza, our Showroom Control, for the first few weeks just to get a good understanding of how to provide a seamless service to our customers. Previously Alex worked at Crowhurst Park as the Go-Active Co-Coordinator for 3 years, teaching activities such as Archery, fencing and snorkeling. He decided to take up archery as a hobby and now runs his own Archery club – Archers of Battle (see photo attached). He used to be an avid cyclist until he had an unfortunate accident that put him out of the cycling scene. We will keep you updated on his progress throughout the year.
